Returning customer – very disappointed with the lack of communication
I previously ordered watches from IPPO Japan Watch and had a good experience. I received my order successfully, and that positive experience gave me the confidence to place another order with them.
Unfortunately, my experience with my second order has been completely different.
I placed and paid for my new order on 15 July 2026. It has now been 14 days, and I have received no shipping confirmation or tracking information.
What concerns me more than the delay itself is the complete lack of communication. I have tried contacting IPPO through email, WhatsApp and social media, but have not received any positive response or explanation regarding the status of my order.
I understand that delays can happen, particularly with international orders, and I am willing to wait if there is a genuine reason. However, after payment has been received, customers should at least be informed about the status of their order.
As a returning customer who had a positive first experience, this is particularly disappointing. I still want to receive the watches rather than cancel the order, and I hope IPPO responds and resolves the matter promptly.
I will update this review if IPPO contacts me and the order is successfully dispatched.

I found it hard to buy a ladies Casio …got my wife’s wrist
I found it hard to buy a ladies Casio watch with certain size bezel (watch face) . After a lot of research, I found Ippo . Found right size and they made transaction easy. In about 10 days I received the watch, and it was packaged in a safe manner (bubble wrapped). Had to pay duty fees/ taxes/shipping, in addition to watch, which added about 15% more of watch price to total price. Overall good experience. Would buy from them again.

The watch is great, expect delays
The watch is great, got the Casio w-738. The team is very polite just with delayed responses some time. When ordered got an email that watch will be shipped in 3 to 5 days but took more than 2 weeks after daily follow ups. They are legit but expect delays. Highly recommended if you are flexible with time.

Unreliable seller
I placed an order for Grand seiko (sbgx) at Ippo Japan in July 2026, which was shown in stock and shipping in 3 to 5 business days. After one week I emailed them as I didn't receive any shipping update but I was told there is a delay in preparation so either to wait further or refund it. After 3 weeks of payment I sent an email again asking for update pointing out 3 weeks of preparation is not reasonable which is in stock. Then they emailed me my order has been cancelled and the payment will be refunded without explanation or apology. They are not reliable, responsible and professional seller.
