My iphone took a dive down the toilet and I thought it had drowned.
But sent off to these guys and within a few days it was back in full working order! Excellent service, no hassle and good value.

My Daughter dropped her iPhone in the bath and the iPhone surgery had it back up and running and back to me in just a few days. Very good service would use again.

My iPhone 5 arrived with them with a flickering display for repair. It came back to me with no display at all. When I highlighted this issue with them they said they didn't break it and then didn't reply to my follow-up email. Very poor indeed. Charged me £19.99 for sending me my phone back in a worse condition they got it.

Didn't think my phone could be saved after the water damage it recieved but isurgey managed to fix it for me! Brilliant communication and a speedy fix! Thank you I will recommend to friends!

iPhone Surgery simply do exactly what they say they will do. Many 'back alley' outfits seem to offer similar services, but this is usually less reliable, less professional and more expensive. iPhone Surgery is simply the best option for iPad repair.

My iPhone had been messed around with inside before so it wasn't in a good state and I opted for their diagnostic service. The phone was looked at the same day as received and I was given regular updates. There was only a small extra charge to pay (via PayPal) to have the screen fixed and it was returned promptly. I now have a working phone just a few days after sending it in for a very reaonable price. Really happy with both their communication and their prompt service.

Our toddler left mum's iphone 6 under (clean) water down the toilet for her for. She, and it, was very unhappy. The phone more or less died, but these guys have fixed it perfectly. Brilliant.
Communication was excellent up to arrival, and also resumed being excellent as it left the company in its way back to us. It was there for 4 days and we had few updates, including a promised update ('later this afternoon') which didn't happen. Guess being busy was the issue, but potentially needing to buy a new iphone made this wait stressful.
Overall a very positive experience, definitely recommended.

Sent my iPhone 5s logic board in for a repair to a damaged cable connector socket. The repair was executed neatly at a competitive price and the board was returned quickly and safely. Their service was excellent and Chris responded quickly to my queries.

My son broke his iPhone 4S screen and we paid the extra £4.99 for "Next day courier return" and put a school address as the return address as my wife is a school teacher and somebody would be available to receive the phone. Six days later the phone arrived, after contacting the iPhone surgery on two ocassions to determine a delivery date the iPhone personnel stated "they had problems identifying the delivery address" even though it was clearly stated on my order summary email. Furthermore, the iPhone surgery did not make contact to determine the delivery address. In summary would recommend the service as the replacement screen is great, however would NOT recommend the additional fee for next day delivery.

I went to there walkin centre in Banbury with a damaged iphone 6 screen, I was informed that they had just used there last black screen but where expecting a delivery the next day. fair enough I thought!!! They went through the repair process and cost for express service which sounded just what I was looking for at a resonable price and told me to return the next day after 1pm. I returned at 2.45pm after traveling 40 miles only to be told that the expected delivery did not arrive!!!! not there fault beyond there control!!! blame the courier!!!!!
If you are offering a walk-in same day service you should have the parts available!!! otherwise its not a same day service, you should stick to a postal and repair service.....

Fast and efficient service. Though they were not able to fix my stupidity, I would use their services again.

A mobile phone is an important part of all our daily lives so it was vital that I got this phone repaired right first time and fast. I thought iPhone Surgery were the company to do this!

23rd - Filled in the online order form I packed and sent iPhone off (before 12:00am). Express Repair + courier return approx. £14.99).
24th - 5:34pm the next day your iPhone is not iPhone 4 but and iPhone 5
24th - 6:12pm respond please go ahead I accept extra cost
25th - 10:21 we have ordered replacement parts!! (No Stock!!)
30th - Your order has been sent (Via Interlink)

Seven days from point of order. Then Interlink who are notoriously rubbish failed to deliver it till Thursday 2nd July - 9 Days without a phone.

Not good enough I'm afraid even if the work on the phone looks good.

So far had an iPhone 4s, iPad mini and iPad 2 repaired all broken screens on three separate occasions, the fact I carried on using them is testament to them doing a quality repair, you can't tell it's not original glass. My latest 5s phone needs the screen repaired next,

Fab service! Notifications of tracking, repair and return all along the way and 85% cheaper than an apple repair, was quoted £250 for cracked screen replacement and you guys did it for £35!! Amazing, keeping your details for future use!! AAA +++

On their website they say they can fix it , they can fix if only water damage but they couldn't and charge me £20 plus I spend £20 for travelling to banbury I expected they can fixed it in same day as they said on the website but they fixed in 10 days and in one they could send me back my device. Don't trust them. Most repair shop offer no fixed no pay

Aside from taking longer than anticipated, I was impressed with the friendly service and my iPad with a broken screen was returned like new. I would definitely use this service again.

I tried several high street repairers to fix my broken screen on my iPad 4. Between them they managed to only remove the broken digitiser and damage the connectors!. They also wanted to charge me £100 to fix the problem. I called iPhone surgery, explained the issue, booked it in and sent it off. 48 hours later repair was done and iPad back on its way to me, saving me £50 on the costs too. Forget these high street Cowboys, iPhone surgery are professional and provide effortless service and intelligent answers on the phone. Would definitely recommend them!
