I tried several high street repairers to fix my broken screen on my iPad 4. Between them they managed to only remove the broken digitiser and damage the connectors!. They also wanted to charge me £100... See more

Good service
very good and nice

After paying £39.98 i finally had my still broken iPhone returned, i paid the £19.99 fee for express courier service, phone was picked up on the monday afternoon, phone arrived with them Tuesday morning, i was emailed friday to say they wanted a further £100 to fix iPhone which i declined, phone eventually arrived back the following wednesday. so I'm £39.98 out of pocket, and have been without phone for 9 days. admittedly it was a bank holiday weekend, but i told them friday to return phone, they could have given phone to courier company saturday, as i spotted the company bank holiday monday doing deliveries in my area. id implore anyone to avoid giving them any of your hard earned money, guaranteed they'll try and push the costs up higher.
Very good screen
Very good screen, very big, I like this design very much.
Very nice and approachable folks
DO NOT USE
Worst iPhone repair store around.
iPhone 6 sent in for screen repair - the quality of screens they use are appalling. The colouring was not right, it had gaps around the sides as it was not sealed properly and there was a large blemish on the screen.
I returned to complain and they tried to claim my phone was bent and that they would refund my money but would put a random smashed screen on it.
Extremely rude people in the London Wall branch. Never go there.
Long delays and returned faulty device
Send my device in hoping for a fast turnaround.
Waited over 3 weeks for the device to be returned to me.....in worse condition. The Home button wasn't working (I only sent it in to fix my power button) and the screen now blinks at very strange times.
Raised these issues and would not correct the faults.
Will never use again - Worst experience!
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Sent my iPhone 6 in twice for the screen to be repaired - both times the phone was returned with gaps down the side of screen as it wasn't sealed properly. The first they repaired for free, the second time they tried to charge me more to fix their shoddy handywork. They even tried to tell me my phone had water damage when it's never been near water. They didn't answer emails and didn't answer the phone despite me calling multiple times. Do yourselves a favour and avoid!
Lost my phone
These guys had my phone in for repair 4 weeks ago and have today admitted that they have lost it. I have called no less than 7 times over the past weeks trying to get answers to no avail.
The worst customer service I have come across in quite some time and it remains to be seen if I ever see my phone again.
Very disappointing. Avoid!!
I sent my iPad for screen repair and after an initially okay service the screen cracked again within a few weeks of very normal use.
Thought I would give them one more chance and resent along with my sons iPad mini with another cracked screen.
Shortly after repair the iPad screen started to go haywire and the iPad mini home button became trapped below the repaired screen. Having lost faith I took it to a local repair service who found that several screws were missing and the brackets holding both the home buttons were also missing.
Don't waste your money and pay a bit extra first time on a proper repair service.
Frustrated.
I sent my iPhone 5s into iPhone Surgery on Tuesday 6th after being told that my phone would be repaired within 72 hours as it had water damage.
However it took them a total of 168 hours to repair and send off my phone after numerous email correspondences to find out regular updates on the whereabouts of my phone as they left me clueless due to the amount of time I was kept waiting without any warning or heads up.
In their defence they were helpful over email and always replied with updates, but this was only when I took the time to email them due to feeling completely unaware on the whole situation or even what was going on as they didn't let me know. Although I could only email as whenever I tried to ring I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes and didn't really become any wiser by ringing.
When iPhone surgery finally sent off my phone I was relieved as the whole situation was frustrating and rather stressful on my behalf.
I paid £4.99 extra for next day courier delivery and waited in all day the following day after being told that my phone would be delivered. but after waiting until 6pm there was no sign of my phone. I tried to ring again and once more couldn't get through to them and after sending them a rather angry email someone kindly emailed me back the next day to tell me that the courier tried to deliver to me at 6:38pm the previous day and discovered that I wasn't home so sent it back to the sorting office. This was extremely hard to believe considering I didn't leave the house waiting in for the delivery for my phone and would have been fully aware if anyone tried to deliver an item. Furthermore there was no card left from the courier either. Which leads me to think that this is completely untrue and in my opinion the courier probably couldn't be bothered to deliver to me so thought he'd pretend instead.
Overall, the whole experience was completely frustrating and incredibly annoying and I wouldn't recommend iPhone Surgery to anyone. Despite the kind colleagues keeping in constant correspondence with me this didn't really make it any less aggravating. Thoroughly annoyed and still haven't received my phone after nearly 2 weeks.
Great service
Sent in my iPad2 on Tuesday and just got it back this morning (Friday), this was with the Express Courier service. Good communication all the way, they even refunded me for a service I had booked online which I didn't need. Honest and fast service, massively cheaper than getting anything fixed with apple directly!
In my opinion a great service, I can see that they have numerous chains, my experience was with the Banbury office.
Hacks and Thieves
I sent my IPhone 6 for repair to these clowns and what a mistake I made !!. After roughly a week I received a email saying congratulations your IPhone 6 has been repaired but I was horrified when it arrived back as it would not even power up. (Initially sent powering up but had unresponsive screen). I rang them immediately and they said to return the phone and they would take another look. Over 2 weeks later I had to ring them and they said they were not responsible for the phone anymore and that they were not prepared to repair it or even return it in the state it was sent. I now have a completely useless £500 IPhone 6 which will not even power up. I did manage to get PayPal to make a claim which went in my favour for my initial payment. I am now taking this matter to the Citizens Advice as PayPal advised me to saying I am entitled to some kind of compensation for them destroying my IPhone 6. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HACKS AND THIEVES!!!

sent my iPhone off to be repaired for water damage, get an email saying water damage has been repaired after a week (not the 3 days it says on website) and that there is further damage with the screen and rear camera. I give the go ahead for the phone to be fixed for the extra charge of £73 and when the phone is sent back to me the front camera does not work and everything on the homepage shakes. Have emailed in regard to these issues and have had no response.
Fixed by phone, but not as cheap as expected
I smashed my iPhone 5 screen and researched the best and cheapest place to get it fixed - iPhone Surgery offered it at £49.99 so I went to their Holburn walk-in clinic to get it done. Turns out it cost £64.99 and there was a 3 hour wait - suppose it cost more to get it done as a walk-in but I didn't see this anywhere on the website and I see other companies 'promise' to do it within an hour.
The office is literally a tiny room in an office block so don't expect anything professional.
My replacement screen is great though and fixed perfectly, so can't complain too much.
Quick & efficient
Very pleased with the efficient and professional service. Sent my daughters ipad to have new screen and had it back repaired in less than a week.
Cracking service
Didn't really believe the hype, but booked my smashed iPad in, sent it off, got reassuring emails from them and then got it back 5 days later (that included a weekend) fixed and perfect. Does what it says on the tin.
Poor time in returning handset

Couldn't repair water damage but easy process
Sent my water damaged iPhone for repair. Selected their courier service at 9am, picked up my iPhone at around 12pm. Sent an email three days later, asking for any updates on the repair. Replied the next day saying they changed some parts & cleaned the logic board but were not able to repair the phone. Feels like £40 wasted, but I suppose they tried. Easy to book online and send in, would probably deal with them for other repairs as they're relatively cheap, but would probably stay away paying for a water damaged iPhone as that's a fairly complex repair, which they were unable to narrow down the problem to.
Speedy, great service and good warrenty.
Great service. Screen was replaced inside 30 minutes. Waited in the Costa at the end of the street.
Perfect.
