Had our water-damaged iPhone repaired here. Andy was incredibly helpful and flexible, he kept us updated during the whole process! We had water damage because another repair shop (name not mentioned but they're also in Trinity) messed up a previous screen replacement and missed the water sealing. Andy sorted everything and brought the phone back to life! 100% recommended service :)

I used this company for a repair on my iPod nano 6th generation,I emailed what the problem was they got straight back with a quote which was great so the repair was done without any problems.
Then today I had another problem emailed again this was promptly replied to with advice that I was able to do myself great

I needed a keyboard replacement (water damage). Staff member Ben was really helpful, prompt, friendly customer service, good communication and a pickup/drop-off service during lockdown 2020.

Mac wasn't charging, asked if I could try another charger to see if the problem was the charger or machine. Turned out it was the charger. Thanks for the help

I recently replaced the battery in my ipod classic 7th Gen, but was finding a few problems occurring with it when i decided to replace the hard drive with solid state memory at the same time. These guys were extremely helpful and within a short time they had looked at it and sorted out the issues! Now i have a revived ipod with a new battery and solid state memory as well.

I highly recommend anybody who wants their apple device modified or fixed to consider these guys first before attempting yourself. It's far less stressful!

really pleased with service today (new iphone setup from old, screen protector installation). dropped in both phones before work and picked them up after (although they would have been ready in an hour or so). would definitely use again.

I'd been struggling with reduced sound through my iphone earpiece to the point where I couldn't hear a caller's voice if there was any other background noise. iPatch had it fixed in seconds and no charge. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic service. I was having issues with my phone being unable to charge but within seconds of arriving at iPatch the issue had been fixed. I wasn’t even charged, even when I offered to pay.

A couple of weeks ago I took my phone to these guys due to a sound issue. They were amazing, they fixed the problem in around 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for their efforts. Great customer service. Will go back here for any issues with my iPhone, Mac etc. Thanks guys

I first used ipatch when they had a tiny little kiosk in a Leeds shopping mall . They were super efficient and soon had me reunited with my beloved first I phone. Since then they have expanded and friends and family have used them , they are our ‘go to ‘ people . I would thoroughly recommend them for honesty and integrity and unbeatable knowledge .

Just had an amazing experience at iPatch, Leeds. Dropped our phone off for a full screen replacement and it was fixed within 30 minutes as stated on their website. Professional, friendly and helpful service. The cost of the repair was exactly as quoted on the website. Please ignore all the fake negative reviews you see. They are clearly from iPatch competitors.
Will definitely recommend for genuine repairs and will not hesitate to use again ourselves. Perfect!
