I bought this probe and it worked for two months and then it just stopped working. Isabelle sent me a new probe. It did not work. I then spent the past three weeks begging the "support" team to explain how to get it to work. THIS is not hyperbole. These people are the WORST. I do not mean bad at their jobs. HORRIBLE. Do Not buy this product. Just use the simple always working chemical strips. Save your money and stay AWAY.

Purchased 23rd May Stopped working 19th June, Has been working great until today, Let’s see what there customer service is like.
iopool customer service shocking, Returned the unit to happy hot tubs head office for a refund, Ed issued straight away.

UPDATE: So after almost a year, they responded to this review (see their reply below). I emailed them as they requested and I included ALL of the emails that clearly documented my case and the fact that they failed to follow through on their warranty. It's been 3 days and they aren't responding to that email either! Check out their negative reviews on this site and Amazon. Clearly a scam company that does not stand behind its product nor care for its customers.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! DO NOT PURCHASE!

This device worked pretty well for about 6 months. Despite the constant prompt to only purchase products from their website (which is unnecessary) I was generally happy with the information it provided and the app functionality. However, it stopped working (like completely stopped transmitting data) a few months ago. I travel for work and life is busy so it took me a while to report the issue. When I did report it, they told me I waited too long and so the warranty was void. There is nothing in the warranty that states you have to report issues within a certain timeframe as long as it is within the 2 year warranty period (I haven't even had it for a year). Customer service (if you can call it that) was quick to respond that they wouldn't replace it but then were unresponsive (despite weekly emails for a month) when I asked them to quote me the section of the warranty that supported their claim. As of this writing, they still refuse to provide with the actual text of the warranty they are referring to and refuse to replace their faulty item.

I was in contact with the support of iopool because the Sensor of the pool doesn't work properly 11 months after purchase. So we tried different things through email dialogue which didn't come to success. We even had email contact on sunday. They finally send me a new sensor and all problems are solved.
