The expertise was not great
The expertise was not great, I contacted Invoice2go saying the account I paid for the year 2023 was not used and was informed l could carry it over to 2024, and there would be know additional charge for 2024, last week they tryed to collect £49.99 from my account, but thankfully my bank stoped it, as they where trying to use my old bank card details, So ensure your details are not stored on their Web Site.

Essential app for small businesses
Great app, wouldn’t be without it, makes invoicing and estimating much easier, and with online payment options it makes it easier for customers to pay resulting in invoices in general being settled sooner.

I was contacted, timely, by a very helpful person: pleasant, polite and knowledgeable.
Understood my situation, helped as much as she could as there was a system limitation. Regardless of this she followed up to ensure the issued has been resolved.
My untimely reply resulted in not an assumption it was corrected, but another follow up to ensure it was resolved, in which I was then notified it was assumed resolved, but would appreciate a reply.
Very professional. As a result I replied and apologized for not being diligent in a reply.
