Customer service is horrible have been trying to get in my account on my new phone but haven’t been able too.

Use any other invoice platform

After leaving a review on another site we were told to reach out to their support email and we’re told “Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further information in regards to this decision.” Literally use any other invoice platform. Their customer service is trash and they won’t even provide a reason why after they delete ALL of your invoices and information.

We’ve been using Invoice2Go for about 6 months and randomly received an email asking for a LOT of information (all of our business documents, bank statements, pictures of our IDs and passports, even selfies - honestly I thought it was a crazy spam email at first) with a very short timeline to send or ‘your account will be disabled until the documents are submitted’. Well, when I contacted them I was told our account had been canceled and ‘we wish you luck in finding a service that meets your needs’. They have multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau for this same thing. It seems they send an email asking for crazy amounts of information with a 3-7 day time limit and then they shut down your account with no way to access any of your info. We have multiple invoices that haven’t been paid and we’re now having to go through all of our records to re-send invoices through quickbooks. Just save yourself the trouble and go with quickbooks to begin with!

Your Auto renew billing is…

Your Auto renew billing is significantly greater than the value of what is advertised. Deceptive actions are not appreciated. Billed $179 when your online price is 129/79 depending on the plan

I use them but if i could find another…

I use them but if i could find another company i would. Had a problem a couple years ago with strip that i got zero help from stripe and never got my money. And this limiting my clients is absurd. Been there several years and not a lot of service from this company.

I have asked you on several occasions…

I have asked you on several occasions not to block me out of my Invoice 2go which requires me to put in my password. I am a chauffeur away from my desk….. never have my password to hand. It is nonsense and very annoying. Please stop this practice, at least, for my account. Matt Feeney
