Avoid at all cost
If I could give them less stars I would. God forbid anybody wants to do a refund then I wish them all the best of luck, it’ll probably take about 42 working weeks.
Company takes a completely unreasonable amount of time to respond to queries (taken 11 days and still no response received)
I received absolutely no confirmation my order had even been processed and was not sent an email when my order had been sent, as advised in my confirmation of order email.
Do not pay for “skip the line processing” makes absolutely no difference and is a waste of money.
Ordered at the start of December in the hope it would arrive for Christmas and here we are 7 days before Christmas and still not even any confirmation my order is on its way.
Was provided with a link for “tracking” which is absolutely useless and doesn’t even show any form of tracking.
Not a single thing about this company is good on the basis of my current experience.
No option on website for “complaints” like every other company has.
No contact numbers or any information for people to contact.
Option for “tracking order” on the website doesn’t even work and takes you to the homepage (clumsy website design)
Hoping a complaint here may give the company a kick. Although saying that, it says the review will be sent to an email address (does not let me add this on review), yet I have just attempted to email this address and it is not a valid email address..
