Great customer service when we needed replacement screws. Thanks!

I bought one of Invision's monitor arm for two monitors that was missing a clamp, from a neighbor who promised to give it to me later. He never did. So, I reached out to Invision and even though my model was no longer in production, they sent me two clamps from their newer model, FREE OF CHARGE, which fit perfectly.
This was unexpected in today's world, but so welcome. This is the kind of quality you can expect from Invision.

Extremely helpful and quick to offer a replacement part that was missing.

I initially got in touch with you (sometime in January 2026) about a wall bracket that I had fitted but I didn’t have the existing wall mounting arms.
Lorna sent me out the kit but unfortunately my tv wasn’t compatible (it’s fairly old). Lorna sending the kit out to me was really kind, I wasn’t expecting as much help and promptness.
After realising the kit she sent didn’t fit, I let her know and thanked her. Not to be defeated, Lorna researched a mounting kit on Amazon, sent me the link and I am chuffed to say that after some sweat and sweating I managed to hang my first tv on the wall.

Wanted to thank Lorna, her communication was great and she understood my needs and I think could sense my disappointment when what I needed was no longer in stock with you.
She went the extra mile and I couldn’t be happier. A great asset to your company and I’ll definitely be using you again when we need to purchase more kit for our new house.

Bought one of their wall mounts years ago and was missing a few parts. They sent me some new parts free of charge. The wall mount has been great and I’m very happy with their customer service.

I contacted Invision Technology to help me figure out installing a 65in TV on their wall bracket which had suited very well for a 50in TV. They were quick to help me find a solution after I’d send them pics of the new TV. They promptly sent me out extender rails, which totally did the trick. These guys were super quick not only in resolving the issue I was having, the extender rails arrived promptly next working day. It saved me an unnecessary cost of getting in an external contractor or buying a new wall mount. Reasons surely to be very happy! A big thank you to a very polite Lorna and team. It’s rare finding this calibre of customer service!

So far the product and experience are nice and according to my expectations and goals. The support is very stable and easy to mount. The only critic and low point I have is when I type on keyboard my 2 monitors shake a little even using a Flexispot standing desk 1,60X80cm. This causes some eye discomfort while working. The customer assistance is amazing. I highly recommend Invision monitor support.

This TV wall bracket is superb. Low profile when retracted, very well engineered and sturdy when expanded, fixings supplied give a very secure hold to the wall, and to the rear of the TV. It’s a two man job to lift and locate a large TV (mine is 65”) but the large ‘keyhole’ arrangement makes this straightforward. Tilt, rotate, and turn adjustments work well.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced; and as I am 78 years old that's saying something.
I bought my TV wall mount around 4 years ago and still they are prepared to provide technical support.

I recently purchased the MX400 dual monitor arm for my two 32" curved monitors. Unfortunately, the geometry didn't quite work for my specific setup, and I realized this after the 30-day Amazon return window had already expired. I was stuck with a product I couldn't use.
I reached out to Invision support and was blown away by the help I received from Victoria. She took the time to explain the technical constraints regarding the "leveraged weight" of deep curved screens and suggested that two single MX450 arms would be a better solution.
Even though they were not obligated to help since the Amazon return period was over, Victoria arranged a full refund for the original unit and even provided a courtesy refund on one of the new units. It is extremely rare to find this level of goodwill and excellent service these days. I am now a loyal customer for life!

I lost my brackets that i needed when i changed tv. It was three years since i had purchased the bracket but they gave me what i needed free of charge with no postage cost . Amazing customer care … thankyou
