Great experience with this investment platform, easy to use and very reliable.

A special mention to Anton, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. He quickly solved my issue and provided outstanding support.

A bunch of criminals

A bunch of criminals violating compliance laws. They have reached out to me multiple times via email unsolicited, to go trade on their website (I didn't even know who they were).

This is a very serious legal restrictions violation against the principle of reverse solicitation, and I have reported them to the authorities as they operate illegally.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We want to be clear that Investing.com is a financial data and analysis platform — it is not possible to trade or deposit money directly on our website. However, we do work with a number of third-party brokers who may be discoverable through our platform, and it's possible that one of these brokers is responsible for the communications you received. We want to be equally clear that we do not condone aggressive or unsolicited outreach of any kind, and such behaviour is not in line with the standards we expect from any broker associated with our platform. We've requested your contact details via the Trustpilot system so that our team can reach out to you directly, get to the bottom of what happened, and take the appropriate steps. We look forward to speaking with you.

ProPicks are not to be trusted. Support fobs you off.

**Update 5th June***
Well folks - I have to take my hat off to Investing.com. Investing.com have reached out to me. They ARE GENUINELY SORRY that my support ticket had slipped through the cracks.

I had a young chap called Dave who emailed me. Initially it was I who was not very nice back to him, and he took the criticism well. Dave stuck to his mandate, which was to support me - and wow, has he what! I can not fault his dedication, honesty and support provided. As a business owner myself he is the type of guy I look to employ, I'm that impressed with him.

I'm still a little annoyed that i was 'pasted into a corner' and decided to write a review about them - Ideally it would not have come to that. However, Investing.com acknowledged that they dropped the ball with me. That was a great start. Hopefully lessons are learnt and everyone improves, thats what life is about.

My support request is still ongoing, and I wont go into details here regarding the issue I have with propicks, but I'm that confident that Dave and his Team are onto it that I'm updating my rating of investing.com.

Investing.com have taken a bad situation - a customer who had written a bad review, and was not going to renew his subscription, and completed turned it around. Credit to Investing.com, Dave and his team.

*NOTE* So I could fit this latest update in, I have had to remove a chunk of previous post, as I was limited by wordspace count.

***Update 30th May***
Well it seems that my last update struck a nerve with Investing.com. Who would have guessed? The 'product team' has finally made contact.

***Update 28th May***
This highlights how incompetent support are. It has now been over 3 weeks since Investing.com responded to their bad review stating; 'they are sorry, a 4 month wait is unacceptable etc. They have passed my details onto the correct team now and they will be in touch'.

Its been another 3 weeks....and guess what folks......NO RESPONSE FROM INVESTING.COM AT ALL.
No suprises there tho. I just want everyone to know that INVesting.com is not a great company to deal with. There are many others out there much more ethical and who actually support their paying customers. AVOID.

**Update 9 May 26.**
Ok, thank you for having the decency to respond. Please respond on this site, given your support team wont provide support to my ticket. Unfortunately your response still makes no sense what-so-ever. You claim that stocks can rotate in and out as conditions change...I understand that, however, take the example below:
(reply abridged)

**Original Email**
Support is non existent. The PROPICKS are a SCAM. Be very careful folks. I have highlighted this with evidence and screen shots of the discrepancies I have encountered. I was more than happy to work with them, yet the company has not had the decency to respond. It is now coming up 4 months without a response.

ProPicks issue; One month they will add a company, then the next month they will remove it. The very next month it will be re-included, with different rationale, yet the next month it will be removed with contradictory reasoning. Given these guys have NOT responded to my ticket (they have only fobbed me off) be VERY VERY careful taking their advice or trusting this sort of behaviour. Credibility is important as once you have lost it, it's very difficult to get back. This company does not care - they just want your money. AVOID.

Hi FX Investor,

Glad we made contact and are on the path the right the wrongs.

We appreciate your willingness to share your insights on how we can improve Propicks, and make investing.com better for everyone.

While we unfortunately started off on the wrong foot, we hope that with time, we can win your business back fair and square.

All the best,
-The Investing.com Team

UPDATE May 29th, 2026:

Hi FX Investor,

We apologize for the severe delay in getting back to you. Our product team has reached out directly to follow up with you for more details on your feedback.

-The Investing.com Team

Thank you for taking the time to share this in such detail. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we want to acknowledge that a four-month wait without a meaningful response is simply not acceptable — that is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration entirely.

Regarding your concerns about ProPicks, we'd like to offer some context: individual selections within each strategy are reviewed monthly and can be rotated in or out based on the model identifying relatively stronger opportunities across market performance, valuation, and tradability at any given time. This means a stock may appear, be removed, and re-enter a strategy as market conditions evolve — this is by design rather than inconsistency. That said, we recognise that this wasn't clearly communicated to you, and that is something we want to address.

We've requested your contact details via the Trustpilot system so that the right team can reach out to you directly, review your case thoroughly, and give you the response you should have received months ago. We look forward to speaking with you.

Not at all satisfied

Not at all satisfied
I have bought the pro subscription by influenced from raj Pushkar youtuber but totally disappointed by the app features
And also there are many features that are demanding more money for pro +
Not at all easy to understand to stock directions
Also not able to understand the monthly stock list as how can we get that in that stock which are good to keep in our portfolio
As what was the return of the last month list
And also there are many stocks baskets but not accessible by pro
In pro + you will show them
Even after that we will not able to select the stock to invest for good returns because it will be more confusing

Excellent customer service and great support from Anton!

I recently contacted the InvestingPro support team regarding my subscription renewal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Anton handled my request professionally, quickly, and with a very customer-oriented mindset. He offered me a great solution that made it easy for me to stay a loyal customer. It’s rare to find such proactive and friendly support these days. A huge thank you to Anton for his help! Highly recommended service.

Incorrect valuation

Although other stocks seemed ok, I added UK Gilts (INXG) to a watchlist and it did not i) display the correct value; ii) nor did it calculate the correct total value - it was out by a factor of 100!

Avoid! They are misleading customers.

Avoid! They are misleading customers, to the best of my understanding. I was unable to reproduce their claimed success on their "ProPicks AI" - IT15 (Tech Titans). After a short back-and-forth with their support team they admitted to an undisclosed weighting system. Quoting: "You're absolutely right—without knowing the exact weights and rebalancing dates for IT15, matching its reported gains is nearly impossible. This information gap is the core reason why following IT15 as a precise, performance-matching strategy isn't feasible for individual investors." - I deem this as deliberately misleading.

Dear Opher,

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding ProPicks AI - IT15 (Tech Titans). We take concerns about our product performance reporting seriously and would like to better understand your experience.

Regarding proprietary methodology:

Like many investment products, indices, and AI-driven strategies in the financial industry, ProPicks AI uses proprietary algorithms, weighting systems, and rebalancing methodologies. This is standard practice across the industry - from major index providers to quantitative investment funds. The specific weights, rebalancing triggers, and algorithmic decision-making processes represent our intellectual property and competitive differentiation.

Disclosing the exact weighting system and rebalancing dates would effectively eliminate the value of the proprietary research and development that went into creating these strategies.

Understanding your concern:

We'd like to better understand what you attempted to replicate and where you believe there is a discrepancy. Performance reporting and the ability to independently implement a strategy are two different things - many professionally managed strategies report verified performance without disclosing their complete proprietary methodology.

We've requested your contact details via Trustpilot so we can:

Understand specifically what data and approach you used in your replication attempt
Review the correspondence you had with our support team to better understand the context of the conversation and improve how we communicate around such important topics
Clarify how our performance is calculated and reported
Address any specific questions you have about IT15's methodology within appropriate disclosure limits
We're committed to transparency within the bounds of protecting proprietary information, and we'd like the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Best regards,
The Investing.com Team

I absolutely love the product and loathe the customer service

I absolutely love the product and absolutely loathe the customer service. i was utterly loyal to Pro+. Loved it. Introduced loads of people. Then was offered a 2 year deal but turned out they would not honour it as i was 'in contract' - why send it then? So i cancelled at end of contract period as i was also going away on a gap. Then i got bombarded with % off but never telling me how much it really was: just huge % off an unknown sum. Despite cancelling (luckily i had in writing from them it was cancelled), they still invoiced me on direct debit. Eventually after huge fuss i got refunded. SO: the product is great. The customer service: well it feels like it is run by second rate mafia needlessly trying every scam trick in the book which is truly needless as product is good. I'd fire the marketing and customer service director and get in one who had not been brought up on the streets in some dodgy place as thats what it feels like. Product 5*. Customer Service -5 and appalingly bad sales tactics: scam type stuff needlessly. Just need transparency. i.e. this is what is costs; it will increase by this amount each year and the contracts are fixed term and not endlessly renewing where even when you cancel they still take money. I loved the product, I should have been able to simply send one email to renew onto a longer deal. The service was so bad my entire family cancelled, endless emails ensued, they lost all the business needlessly and ended up having to eventually refund due to their needlessly dodgy sales & finance tactics. I really miss the product but cant deal with their customer service mafia / scoundrels who seem to think they have to steal your money rather than honestly sell what is a great product. So sad.

What is even weirder, is that following their (probbaly AI / bot reply below), which seems to get the issues, absolutely nothing is done to corretc them. I then emailed to ask if i could subscribe on a non-renewing contact but never received a response at all. They will have to supply non renewing contracts under UK law shortly so one would think they would be on case. Also, the product is always 50% off and never the full price also illegal under UK law. But i love the product - its great - so why sell it so badly with such scammy actions? I just dont get it. Its like buyign a new Merc off a dodgy second hand car salesman needlessly as product is fine. Sales tactics needlessly dreadful.

Reply from Investing.com

Dear Sweetpea,

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and honest review. While it's incredibly difficult to read, we need to hear exactly this kind of feedback - especially from someone who loved our product enough to introduce many people to it.

The devastating irony you've identified is real: You rate our product 5 stars and our customer service -5 stars. That's a catastrophic failure on our part, and we take full responsibility.

Addressing your specific experiences:

Being charged after written cancellation confirmation: This is completely unacceptable. Charging a customer after providing written confirmation of cancellation is not a "mistake" - it's a serious operational and billing system failure that should never happen. Having to fight for a refund after this error compounds the problem.

Offering deals you weren't eligible for: Sending you a 2-year promotional offer when you were "in contract" and therefore ineligible is poor marketing targeting and wastes your time. You're absolutely right to question: why send it then?

Opaque pricing ("huge % off unknown sum"): Your criticism of being bombarded with percentage discounts without transparent base pricing is valid. Customers deserve to know exactly what they're paying, not play guessing games with discount percentages.

Auto-renewal and contract clarity: Your point about needing transparency on costs, annual increases, contract terms, and renewal policies is completely fair. A loyal customer like you should have been able to send one simple email to renew onto a longer deal. Instead, we made it so complicated and frustrating that you and your entire family cancelled.

The language you've used - "mafia," "scoundrels," "scam tactics," "stealing": This is strong language, and while it's painful to read, we understand why our practices felt this way to you. When a company:

Charges you after you've cancelled in writing
Sends offers you can't actually use
Hides actual prices behind vague percentages
Makes you fight for refunds you're clearly owed
...it creates exactly the perception of deliberate deception you've described. Even if these were operational failures rather than intentional tactics, the impact on you was the same.

What you've lost - and what we've lost:

You lost access to a product you loved and genuinely missed. We lost:

A loyal, passionate Pro+ customer
Someone who actively introduced many people to our service
Your entire family's subscriptions
All future business and referrals from your network
All of this was completely needless, as you correctly point out. We had a great product and loyal customers, and we drove you away through poor customer service, billing errors, and sales practices that felt predatory.

Your feedback matters:

Everything you've described - the billing failure, the marketing targeting issues, the pricing transparency problems, and the customer service response - is being escalated to senior leadership. The fact that someone who loves our product can't trust our company enough to do business with us is a fundamental failure that goes beyond customer service - it's a leadership and operational problem.

We don't expect this response to bring you back. The trust has been broken through repeated failures, and we understand that. But we want you to know that your detailed account of what went wrong will be used to push for the kinds of changes you've identified: transparency, honoring cancellations, clear pricing, and treating loyal customers with the respect they deserve rather than subjecting them to practices that feel like scams.

We're genuinely sorry we let you down so badly, and we're even more sorry that you miss a product you can no longer trust the company to deliver fairly.

With sincere regret,
The Investing.com Leadership Team

The concept is good, but the quality is poor.

I was subscribed to PRO+ because it met my needs and was reasonably priced, but I canceled it.
- The dashboard and main site are not fully integrated, making switching between them frustrating.
- The banners shake every time I scroll, causing severe motion sickness.
- The site is slow to respond.
- Since the war started, there have been frequent errors loading screening items.
- The company name is still listed as the old name even though it has been years since the name change.
- I have found inaccurate accounting data multiple times.
- There are also errors in the dividend yield (it shows 10% when it's actually 3.5%!).
- Even when I report inaccurate data to customer support, the quality of the communication is poor and it's impossible to have a proper conversation.

P.S.
If you really want to improve, it would be better to maintain the data or review the ticket instead of asking for my personal information.

Dear blue soil,

Thank you for providing such detailed and specific feedback. We're genuinely sorry to lose you as a PRO+ subscriber, and we take full responsibility for the multiple quality issues that led to your cancellation.

Your feedback identifies serious problems across several critical areas of our service, and we need to address each one:

Data Accuracy Issues:

This is our core value proposition, and the problems you've identified with inaccurate financial data are unacceptable.

For a premium financial information service like Investing.com, data accuracy is fundamental, and these failures represent a breach of the core value you were paying for.

Technical and UX Problems:

- Shaking banners causing motion sickness is a serious accessibility and health concern that should be addressed immediately

- Poor integration between dashboard and main site creates unnecessary friction for members.

- Slow response times waste valuable time.

- Frequent screening errors show unresolved technical debt

Customer Support Failure:

Perhaps most frustrating. When you took the time to report data inaccuracies to help us improve, you experienced poor communication quality and couldn't have a proper conversation. This is completely backwards – customers who report errors are helping us, and should be treated as valued contributors, not dismissed.

What this means:
Your feedback documents systematic quality problems and ultimately drove you away as a paying PRO+ customer.

This is being escalated to:

- Our data quality team (regarding financial data accuracy)

- Our technical team (regarding performance, integration, and the motion sickness issue)

- Our customer support management (regarding communication quality)

We've requested your contact details via Trustpilot. If you're willing, we'd appreciate you sharing specific examples of:

- Companies with outdated names
- Instances of inaccurate financial data
- The dividend yield errors you encountered

This would help our data team identify and correct these issues, and potentially identify systematic problems in our data pipelines.

We understand you've already canceled, and given your experience, that decision is completely justified. We genuinely regret that our quality issues cost us a paying member who clearly cared enough about the platform to try to help us improve it.

We thank you for this comprehensive feedback, and hope in time we can win back your business.
