Beautiful packaging and rose

I was anxious as I wanted to open the box as it arrived but didn't want to mess up the bow. I trusted InterRose and I must say I was as surpised as my date when she opened that box! It was really beautiful and nicely layed out.

HI Robert, Yes there was a delay by DPD and the Sunday delivery was delayed to Monday, this is so frustrating and out of our control, we did of course make amends with a refund and are happy to learn your orange roses were great. Apologies once again.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Ordered a week in advance for my wedding. Paid for Sunday delivery so they were ready for Monday. Received email on Saturday saying they don't deliver on a Sunday and can't fulfill order. Will never use again and do not recommend.

Yes, we hold our hands up here, your order was to a postcode AB41 for a Sunday and DPD changed there criteria and not offered us this service, which we discovered too late to do anything about, so sorry, a full refund obviously was given but we did let you down big time and as per our correspondence we cannot apologise enough and rightly deserve this 1 star.

Greatly Appreciated

Order a large bunch for my wife. They arrived but where a little delayed in the post did not arrive in the best condition. I sent a email explaining how unhappy I was but to my surprise they arranged to have another fresh bunch dispatched with free chocolates. Amazing service, will certainly use again

Wonderful customer service and follow up.

I made an order on Friday evening and paid extra for a delivery on the Sunday. That was no problem. Things went wrong after that though, but I must emphasise that it was nothing to do with with interROSE, it was the courier. When I got in touch with interROSE on the Monday morning, the customer service agent could not have been more helpful The order was resubmitted with delivery, using the Post Office, the following day and a refund of the original delivery charge. I could not have asked for more. The polite prompt response and very apologetic approach to the situation was a credit to the company. The follow up order was received as promised and has remained in bloom far longer than expected. (The original did arrive at the same time, two days late).
I must highlight it was the courier that was the problem, NOT interROSE. I will use them again in the future.
