I was genuinely torn between 3 and 4 stars but in all honesty the issues I had weren’t major.
The rose itself was stunning. The velvet red petals in the box were a deep, rich colour and looked amazing. The overall presentation was spot on from the outer packaging to the ribbon tied presentation box. It all felt premium and well thought out. I also ordered the single glass rose vase, and it’s proper solid, thick, weighty and great quality.
A really nice touch was the small vial of water/food attached to the rose to keep it fresh during delivery. It shows care in the process.
The downsides: first, the price. It is on the expensive side. That said, the quality does reflect the cost so I can’t say it wasn’t worth it.
There was also an additional delivery charge for the Highlands. I understand this is likely more of a Royal Mail surcharge than anything specific to Interrose but it’s not usually an issue where I live, it’s still worth noting when you’re already spending around £60.
My only real disappointment was that the black rose had blue toned leaves which felt a bit odd (not a dealbreaker, just unexpected). More importantly, the product image showed the black rose displayed on top of the red rose petals. When it arrived the rose was completely covered by the petals. It didn’t look like a transport issue it seemed like the petals had been intentionally placed over it. It’s a small thing and definitely a first world problem/personal preference but at this price point I’d expect it to match the product image more closely.
Overall the quality and presentation were excellent – just a few small details that stopped it being a full 5 stars.

Absolutely 5 stars! Even though there was a delivery delay caused by DPD, the company went above and beyond to help they were responsive and active even on Saturday and Sunday to sort things out. Amazing customer service, super friendly communication, and the flowers arrived in perfect condition, looking beautiful. Truly impressive dedication and professionalism I couldn’t recommend them more! 💐👏
