On time and beautifully presented

Sent a single red rose with Casanova packaging for Valentine's Day. The rose was beautiful and the packaging was superb. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recomend and will purchase from InterRose again. 5 stars alround. Many thanks.

Excellent service and gave that extra care and attention to detail

I made the drunken mistake of sending my ex narcissistic boyfriend a rose, which seemed like an amazing idea after a few drinks! I awoke in panic and immediately emailed interROSE asking them to cancel my order. Even if I didn’t get a refund just please do not send it. I was met with great kindness and efficiency from an advisor called Ben who understood and also refunded me which I did not expect. Absolutely amazing service and I will 100% use again, just not for my ex 😂. Thanks again Ben you’re a star 😊

Pretty poor.quality for price .delivery company just dumped it outside door in rain meaning box got soaked overal not.impressed

The infinity Rose delivered was not fresh and seem wilted leaves. It seems in transit the box had been thrown about which probably led to poor quality. I called InterRose and they sent me a replacement rose same day for next day delivery but quality of rose was still as expected.

The beautiful autumnal coloured roses and accompanying name a rose both got to my sister safely and delivered with care, which was appreciated as she had just lost her dog willow, so was grieving both gifts very much lifted her spirits and the name a rose was a lovely touch she said so thank you for allowing my gift to her in her time of need to reach her as swiftly as they did, the colours of the roses I chose were perfect so again thank you for your care, professionalism and the attention you showed especially while she set up and named willow's rose online it made (you made) sure that she was able to name her rose exactly as she wished, and her roses were absolutely beautiful too, so thank-you to everyone in your team who made her delivery as special and as meaningful as I had hoped Lors x

Very nice roses with a nice spray. Very safely packaged and delivered. They lasted a week, and for the cost I expected them to last a little longer
