Ordered internationally (easy to order) and they arrived within about two weeks (would’ve been faster if it wasn’t for those pesky customs people! Ha ha)
Gave all my measurements online and the fit and sight lines are really good

High quality company
I ordered two pairs of distance glasses from Internetspecs recently. The prescription lenses were not only provided free of any charge but were thin and of a high quality not found in my experience in rival companies - well, not without paying a considerable amount of money in addition to the frames. We're sorry for the delay with your glasses. Your lenses did take longer than our usual lenses to fit as they needed to be specially cut (known in the trade as 'surfaced lenses'). We then posted to you in America using the UK Royal Mail's 'International Tracked & Signed' service. Usually posting to the US takes about a week. Your glasses were unfortunately held up for a long time at American customs, which we've found to be unusual. A contributing factor may have been due to it being the busy Christmas period. We're glad that you were finally able to receive your glasses and were pleased with them.

We're glad that you have now received your frame. We posted to you in Germany using the UK Royal Mail's 'International Tracked and Signed' service. Usually posting to Germany takes about a week, but your frame was delayed at German customs unfortunately, possibly due to the busy Christmas period. Apologies and we hope you weren't too inconvenienced by the delay.
(Please note: the following part of our reply relates to a part of the customer's original review, before the customer edited it in January, 2026).
Regarding the Trustpilot emails you received to rate your experience, we send an automatic email to customers one week after we post glasses to them. We're required by Trustpilot to select a specific time period and as the majority of our customers are from the UK, we decided to send the first email one week after we post. We do mention on the emails you received that you may receive the review invitation before your frame arrives and that you're welcome to wait with writing your review until after you receive your frame.
