I’ve used Internet Electrical a few times now and have never been disappointed
The same make of materials as my local supplier but a lot cheaper which keeps my customers happy
Delivery is always good with tracking numbers provided and an excellent customer support should there be any problems

I ordered a storage heater online and received the usual order acknowledgement via email but then had a follow up call to advise me of the shipping arrangements - which I really appreciated. I had a problem with the unit when it arrived and my call and issue was dealt with promptly, effectively and effectively. Again I was kept informed throughout- excellent service

Great Service and rapid delivery at competitive prices , i have used a good few times and had no issues , i would highly recommend, wish my local wholesalers were as good

Great prices, very fast efficient service. When something was not going to arrive on time they contacted me to keep me informed. Great Service, I will definitely be using again.

Was a bit unsure ordering as their website looked a bit basic, but had fast delivery. Ordered 2pm, delivered next day at 10.45am and items as described and cheaper than elsewhere. Used their standard free delivery.

I'll always check reviews before buying from anyone new, and often skeptical with resellers with minimal feedback, but they had the item I needed, was cheaper than other resellers so I thought I'd give it a go.

Firstly I rang to check the item was in stock, spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed it was, but explained they were having issues with deliveries due to courier strikes etc, she said she'd look out for the order knowing I was in need for a fast turn around and put it on a different courier.

Stupidly I got a little carried away and put other items on the order only I didn't notice that one item wasn't in stock.

I was called first thing the next day informing me of my mistake and that they were concerned as they knew I needed it in a hurry and asked how I wanted to proceed. They then went on to try desperately to find a courier in time who could ship some of the other items despite them being oversized for the chosen courier, they even had some guy in the warehouse making me special sized boxes!

Quite honestly, I was stunned by the amount of effort they went to trying to fulfill my order before Christmas when a lot of couriers were struggling. I actually felt guilty and cancelled the oversized items as I really didn't want to cause so much fuss.

Amazing service, hands down the best online purchase experience I can remember, the item arrived next day in perfect condition for less than other places too.

These guys are incredible. Ordered 24 industrial lights for a project, they delivered all them literally in no time. It's like order today got delivered tomorrow. We went for an additional 8 lights, same experience. Additionally their prices are very competitive as well so we are 100% with them in the future at BHP Maintenance

I order some sensors online which were delivered the next day, quicker than expected.

3 of 4 were fine but one had issues. I sent an email into to the company and Anni from customer services responded on the next working day, including arranging a replacement and free collection of the faulty part.

The issue was all resolved within 2 days which is amazing. It’s been a long time since I have seen such great customer service.

I recently placed my first ever (small) order with Internet Electrical and had a problem which was my fault. After sending an email, a wonderful lady called Anni phoned me by return and sorted everything out immediately, professionally and empathetically. Delivery received the next day.
It is so refreshing and rare in this day and age to deal with a customer focused company and a human on the end of the phone (and not have to hang on in a queuing system for ages)
A brilliant company and service which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
APC Overnight Delivery (the courier) also provided an excellent service.

This is an amendment to a recent bad review.
We had a problem with a delivery, my customer gave me a hard time so I left a bad review, however I contacted Anni in their office she said she would get back on it and sort it out as soon as possible, she was as good as her word and had everything sorted the same day.
So... I'm happy she sorted us out and

It's unusual to find someone who is as good as there but Anni is a credit to internet electrical and I will use them again.

Professional company that cares about the customer. There was a problem with the product I received. Top customer service which was easy to get hold of and sorted out the problem and resolved the issue speedily.

I rang on Monday as we definitely needed delivery by Tuesday. The lady I spoke to said she'd check stock and delivery. She called me back within 5 mins and confirmed it would be dispatched that day, she would personally check and liaise with the warehouse.

I ordered and within a very short period I had email confirmation of the order and very soon after a dispatch notice and early afternoon the next day it arrived. Perfect, thank you for the friendly, helpful and efficient service.

The light fitting is of course great and installed and working.

Genuinely great company to deal with - very prompt dispatch, very good pricing, customer service is prompt and clear when needed and products all packaged up fine. Allowed us to return a product technically outside of the returns period as well which is really helpful. Can't recommend enough

To find a company who truly values Customer Service is a rare thing especially in the construction sector.

We were fortunate enough to come across Internet Electrical in 2021 after local suppliers could not meet demand nor showed much empathy.

Having now placed numerous high value orders with Internet Electrical, they have consistently gone above and beyond in their service.

This excellence has allowed us to keep our clients informed during these difficult times and help us manage customer expectations.

As for recommending Internet Electrical - they are our No1 go-to supplier.

I could not thank the Customer Care team enough- when I placed my order I typed in the incorrect post code and my package was lost in the courier system. Customer Care went beyond their duty to search, email, telephone and eventually managed to arrange for my parcel to be delivered to me safely. It was so nice to be able to telephone and speak with the team to offer my thanks.

I have explained the lights this person ordered were not suitable. But due to the person having to go into hospital with covid she missed the 14 day returns by 1 week. This company will not listen and have no empathy. I even asked for an exchange. I have decided to try and take the matter further
