I have been using internet electrical for about a year now as my main wholesaler. Good website, good prices, good products, good stock levels and on most items next day delivery. I dont think I have had a single parcel come with the wrong product or quantity of items, which cannot be said of my local wholesalers.

I was buying a Storage Heater, not only did Internet Electrical have the best price on the internet, but their 5-star reviews convinced me to go with them. I was not disappointed... Anni & the team go beyond customer service to provide Customer Care. Contacted from my initial order through to checking delivery, everything was explained & monitored for a quick, easy experience. First class, highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

What a lovely company to deal with. My order was followed up so quickly with a call from Anni to check on delivery arrangements and then she stayed in touch all the way through to ensure all was on track and after delivery that all had arrived safely. I am immensely impressed and very happy.

They went the extra mile to fulfil our order, when the item was out of stock they researched and found a suitable replacement without being asked, the replacement was agreed by us, ordered and dispatched promptly. Communication during the whole transaction was excellent. We will definitely consider purchasing other electrical items from them when relevant.

Great prices and fantastic service. The web site was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information for an informed decision to be made. After 1 year a fan I had purchased had become faulty. I contacted Internet Direct who confirmed the product was still under guarantee and replaced it immediately. A truly first class service.

Order one day here the next ideal for a busy business. Staff are excellent especially Annie and Sophie. Rarely return but even that poses no problems

I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. Their customer services could not have been more helpful in finding the best way to resolve the problem and helping me at each stage in doing so.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Internet Electrical regarding some electric radiators that I needed the next day if possible.
Although it was gone 15:30 when I contacted them, the nice lady (Anni) I spoke to was extremely helpful and when I told why I needed them the next day she said she would see what she could do for me.
With that Anni spoke to the company's despatch manager, who said he would hold the Fed-Ex driver if I placed the order straight away, and then would despatch the rads.
I did as requested and Anni phoned me back to say the rads had been sent out with Fed-Ex. Anni also suggested that if I was to pay £20 for before mid-day delivery she would contact Fed-Ex to change the delivery to "Before 12".
I paid the extra (which I was more happy to do) and I received the rads at 11am.
I cannot praise Anni and the despatch manager enough, and the service I received was exceptional.
Well done Internet Electrical, if I was to need anything else electrical in the future I know where I would go to first.
