My review ONLY relates to my interaction with the customer service person I dealt with, his Name is Jerald, and although (originally) I thought he may have been a "bot", he provided excellent service, quelled my fears, and had my order completed efficiently.
The original issue was a technical communication problem... and I think my SLOW internet connection?

The overall experience was great
The overall experience was great. I order my international permit and arrived to Ecuador about a week later.
When I requested for a replacement, Jamaica was great and help me placing a replacement for free.

We paid for an express 5 minute service but have not had any update to our file 30 minutes after placing the order . We tried to contact the company through the phone numbers , WhatsApp and Facebook and none of them worked .

Great Service from a live person!
I really enjoyed getting my International Driving Permit from IDA, from the moment I got to the website Shella walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and even offered me a discount which was well appreciated. I seriously received my digital copy of the IDP almost instantly, and they are able to ship the permit to my home address in Mexico in 7 days! I'm really impressed with their customer support staff :)
