I had an excelent experience with Internationaalverhuisadvies since they were very efficient in providing the moving companies I could choose and also made an excellent follow up on the replies that I got.
I will for sure use it again in case of need.

I was very quickly contacted by 4 movers, who came all accross as being very serious, asked the right questions, and came quickly with rough estimates of the costs of moving.

Upon submitting my request for a quote, I immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Then an e-mail about moving that included some mildly helpful attachments (lists, PDFs, etc.). Then an e-mail that confirmed which company my request was forwarded to. I kept receiving multiple e-mails both from this company and the moving company my information was forwarded to, and I received five phone calls in a week from the latter company. All this before I could reply with my answers and we began our actual back and forth. I'm glad for the quick response and the careful attention, but it's a bit too much. And now a request for a review! If I could make one request, fewer e-mails and less hounding on the phone, please. One or two e-mails a week and one phone call a week is enough. I've set up an appointment for the moving company to come assess the volume of my belongings to give me an accurate quote, but as that date hasn't arrived yet, I can't review anything beyond the deluge of e-mails and phone calls I received when starting the process.

The stuff are very responsive. The idea to help people get quotes from various moving companies is excellent. I used the chat on the website to explain what I needed, which is more convenient and faster than filling in forms or writing emails. However, I was told someone would call me from the company, but they never did. Also, I did not receive 5 free quotes as stated in the advert. Only one and another moving company is supposed to be working on it. I don't know where the problem is - moving companies or the intermediate. It is also unclear how and who is.charged for the service.
Overall, I am still happy as the service saved me a lot of time looking for and writing to individual moving companies.

I was very impressed with the speed of the response to my enquiry, and the follow up to see if the recommended companies had been in touch. They then offered to remind those companies to make contact which has occurred.

They just send your request to a bunch of selected moving companies and then they get in touch with you. Great way to contact several at once :) And free too.
