The team are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We have a dedicated point of contact to ensure continuity and consistency. The software is easy to use, both for employers to upload payroll information, and for employees to access payslips etc.

Fantastic support - We have been utilising Intelligent Payrolsl services for around 7 years now and they have always been there to perform all of our payroll related tasks. Intelligent Payroll are our new provider of payroll services. We've had good service from Intelligent Payroll for the past 2 years but this week they made a mistake. That in itself is not the issue; the issue is how they've responded.

Firstly they have not accepted there was an error despite having to re-run the payroll after we pointed out that the salaries in the pay run were incorrect.

Secondly as can be seen from their e-mail responses below, there's no apology whatsoever:

"Very strange, I have now re-processed as agreed - you will have received amended reports"

and when asked what went wrong:

"I've raised it with our software provider as it was removed from our list to automatically run,
I'm fairly certain it's a system issue however it could be that I missed removing it from the list!"

Finally, we found it very tacky to then receive the £14 processing invoice 30 seconds later. We would have expected them not to charge us this relatively small fee as a gesture of goodwill but alas no.

We have recommended Intelligent Payroll to other companies previously. We can no longer do that.

Intelligent Payroll are fantastic, the transition from us running our own payroll to them taking over was quick and painless, they have an expert team who are always on hand to help and all are highly knowledgeable. The headache I used to have each month has been taken away and transformed into 3 easy quick steps and I am left knowing that everything is filed correctly. I would highly recommend them.
