I'm quite pleased with insurte, my situation was kind of unusual and they supported me along the way. They respond to emails right away and give helpful answers. Most of all the fact that this is a reliable provider suggested by VFS and recognised in the schengen area and worldwide with reputable insurance companies really put me at ease. Giving the option for both a short term and annual policy is also quite excellent. Everything was clear and smooth, payment method was secure.

Even when I had to temporarily cancel my insurance (within their 14 day period), the process was straightforward and clear, now waiting for the refund to arrive. I will definitely rely on them for my whole family's future travel insurance and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Will update my experience once I get the new policy and actually travel with it.

I purchased a policy last month which was not used as I did not travel. So, I requested a change in the policy dates and within a 24-hour process it was changed, and a new policy was provided.

When misfortune prevented our earlier trip, they kindly arranged for our travel insurance to be placed on hold, pending renewal of our intended travel and when the time came, facilitated the renewal of our insurance.
