Excellent service!!

Excellent service!!
Needed office space on a Friday afternoon, We contacted Instant Office and by the following Monday, we were set up and functioning.

Waste of time and effort

Waste of time and effort, whenever you call them regarding an office in a particular advert/area they tell you it is no longer available and they try to sell you elsewhere. Stop wasting people's time and remove the advert if the office is no longer available; or just advertise what's available and do not deceive people.

Stellar service from Georgie

Stellar service from Georgie! I was looking for a small office space for 6 people in SW London and it took less than a week to find a suitable spot with her great help. Thank you again for all your attention and timely responses. I would highly recommend working with Georgie and Instant Offices team.

I am disappointed

I am disappointed. The number on your website 0800 does not work. I requested for a quote for an office at braamfontein for one person, and your website gave me R1700, but when I associate from that office company called me to arrange viewing I was told it's 2600 which 900 more than what your website gave me. On top of that I was told about 2X deposit that I have to pay.
Which the total ended up being 9000.
From 1700 to 9000... This is false advertisement and not fair on us customers.

With regards our pricing, this will vary depending on many factors, which is why we always list a "from" price, but we are sorry that you feel mislead. That is not our intention. A two-month deposit is an industry standard for most flexible office space.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, help and advice from Lily Stearman​ at The Instant Group. She made the whole process of finding a new office quicker, easier and much more efficient by doing all of the 'leg work', leaving us to view our shortlist and choose the right office. Would definitely recommend and use again.

As a new charity just starting out we…

As a new charity just starting out we were looking for a small and cheap office space. We spoke with Georgie at Instant Offices, who was fantastic! She called us back after searching for what we wanted and 2 weeks later we are in our office! Thank you Georgie.

AVOID!! QUICK TO FIND YOU AN OFFICE AND GET THEIR COMMISION BUT THEY DO NOT PROPERLY CHECK THE COMPANIES THEY ARE RECOMMENDING!!!!

We were looking for an office in September 2020 and Georgie was initially a great help in finding us various offices to view very quickly. We chose one (The Business Xchange Hub, South London) and put down a 1 month deposit and also rent upfront (which we are now having issues with obtaining back as everyone is ignoring our emails, including Instant Offices).

From there it just went downhill. It wasn't "serviced" by any means. Our office was never cleaned weekly as promised, the cleaning rota was never stuck to apart from one time. We even had to borrow a contractor's hoover (who was working on our floor at the time) to hoover our office carpet. Then there's the building work, drilling, banging, etc outside of our door for a month straight when we were told it would be a few days.

When we challenged the manager we were offered a bigger office on another floor but that never happened. The Business Xchange Hub broke various rules during the recent lockdown such as renting out their meeting rooms to outside companies and we had 15+ people mingling on our floor, outside our office door (as their breakout areas near our particular office) for 3 days at a time when these events would be booked almost weekly. After each event, our office kitchen was filled with empty bottles, dirty cups, overflowing rubbish bins, etc, in times of COVID!!! This would take a few days for them to clean, there is no covid hygiene at The Business Xchange Hub. I'm actually very surprised we never caught it at our time there.

But the major thing that has really disappointed us is the fact we have been ignored for over a month by the Business Xchange Hub and Instant Offices when trying to get our deposit back. We gave our month's notice as required in our contract and have had absolute hell trying to get our money back. Everyone is ignoring our emails and we only have 2 contact names and emails of the management of The Business Xchange Hub. Do Instant Offices not check these companies that they are recommending to their customers??? They get their commission and then that's it, they don't care. We emailed Instant Offices after numerous emails to The Business Xchange Hub. At first, Georgie reached out to them which we were relieved and thought we had a chance. She then even offered to try and find us another office (really? We haven't even had our deposit back from the first place she set us up with). Then a few weeks later of no contact from The Business Xchange Hub we reached out to her again, twice, as we had still heard nothing, and have now been ignored twice. How can Instant Offices think it's ethical to set you up with a company and then ignore you when you have an issue of obtaining your deposit back? We haven't even had a phone call from them. So yes they are "fab" at getting you an office space so quickly (like other reviews have stated), but you are just another sales/target number for them to hit, there is no after-care of any kind, all they want is their commission.

You may not pay for their service now but you sure do pay for it when the company/office they set you up with ignore you and refuses to answer any emails for your deposit refund.

This is at a time when small businesses are struggling!! It really is unbelievable. The Business Xchange Hub has literally stolen our money and there is no way to get in contact with them. We have now had to resort to starting court proceedings to try and get our deposit back. We are now looking for another office and will never go with Instant Offices again or recommend Instant Offices to any of our business peers. BEWARE OF THE COMPANIES INSTANT OFFICES ARE SETTING YOU UP WITH!! THEY GET THEIR COMMISSION AND THEN IGNORE YOU. THEY DO NOT DO THE APPROPRIATE CHECKS ON COMPANIES THEY ARE RECOMMENDING YOU SIGN CONTRACTS WITH AND ARE RECOMMENDING SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!
