Instadoodle is by far the best doodle software out there, and I have a few. The customer service is top-notch, the software is second to none. The other awesome deal is the training that the staff offers periodically. The price for the base product is too good to pass up.

I've tried other software.
I've tried other software that's similar to Instadoodle, but this one is the best by far. It's straightforward and intuitive. Plus, if you contact this company they will get back to you quickly. Definitely a winner.

Poor image AI engine
In general, it's a good tool, but the image generation by the AI engine it uses is quite poor. It's difficult to get the desired result, and even when you do, it's full of anomalies. It's quite disappointing, so I'm forced to use other tools for that.That is definitely one of the things that needs to be improved.

Nice app
I'm using it for 1 month to create my lessons. I'm satisfied with buying it. It's a pretty nice product but it works slowly and it takes some time even to review the video that I've done, that's why 4 stars. Anyway, the customer support works great, they try to solve your problem all the time and they work hard to improve all issues with the product.

Good app
Love the app. Has very good features. I would have gave it 5 stars if there wasn't all these add-ons that they try to upsell you. I understand everyone wants to make a buck and as it's a cheap application, they have to make their money from something else other than selling the app.
The app itself is if a good quality and suitable for my projects and little informational videos I make.

$ 251 refund was declined / No customer/refund service
I spent $127 & $57 & $ 127 (total $ 251)on October 28, 2025 . I discovered the product wasn't suitable for the task I had considered it for. I never made use of the access/user code. I emailed again and again, stating my decision and request for a full refund. Instead, I received 3-4 x / week upsell promotions for a couple of weeks. Customer service was non-existent.
I am based in the USA. I learned the company: Instadoodle is headquartered somewhere in Eastern Europe. No U.S. contact could be found, like and address or customer support telephone number.
My bank offered me a temporary full credit. The bank explained I am to dispute the issue with the merchant directly.
Does anybody know the Instadoole’s office address in Europe. Thank you for the guidance.

Hello, my name is Roberto Ramírez and I'm from Spain.
I bought "InstaDoodle" because after consulting with several AI-powered tools (ChatGpt, Google Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, etc.), they recommended it as the ideal application to start practicing with whiteboard animation. They also recommend it for its quality/price ratio.
So far, I'm happy with it, but I miss having the typical lines below the Canva window for inserting image, audio, and music files, which would make editing everything together much easier.
Another thing I miss is that you can't play just a portion of the slides; you have to play the entire slide to see the final result.

I really enjoy this app!
This has been one of the best purchases I made for my video creation! The app is simple to use, and has a lot of cool features. The AI Wizard is a great addition to the app because it gives me a great starting point for my projects. Whenever I had a small issue with the app I just used the chat and one of the support members quickly helped me out. My experience with the app has been great so far. Really recommend it!

It is able to create amzing videos for social ads. It is not easy when you don't use it enough to really learn it, but you can accomplish your goal to entice people to participate in local events.
