I’ve tried contacting you multiple…
I’ve tried contacting you multiple times to request a refund, but you never reply and keep charging me anyway.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used.
You can’t even cancel the subscription by yourself; I submitted a support ticket and you still didn’t process it.
You delayed it until I got charged a second time and still refused to cancel the subscription.
This is absolutely disgusting.

Sorry you went through that. I know how stressful it is when you feel like you’re not being heard and billing is still ongoing.
Since this review was posted a while back, we went back through our support history to locate your messages, but we couldn’t find any ticket or subscription under your name in our helpdesk. The most common reason is that the request was opened with the payment processor instead of directly with our support desk, so we never saw the ticket on our side.
If you still need help, the quickest way for us to pull up the right account is a support ticket here with the email used at checkout and your order ID or receipt (you can blur sensitive info): https://support.instadoodle.com/
Once we can match the order, we will confirm the subscription status and make sure everything is sorted properly.

Having wanting to be able to create…
Having wanting to be able to create doodle videos since 2021 using doodle ai has been a bumpy but sure enough great experience!
Id like to give special mention firstly to the team at insta doodle ai. They are extremely responsive, considerate and professional. Every query I had, they rectified and sorted immediately. I even received a big wad of credits for my trouble!
I've just rendered my first video, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! I'm planning to render more and hope to add some music as well. The recent update to AI character variations with the color pro upgrade (highly recommended; don't just get the color splash version) is incredibly impressive. It significantly improves the quality of the videos you can create.
InstaDoodle has been the software I've always wanted, and its cloud-based nature makes it accessible anywhere. However, it requires a desktop computer, and while it works on a phone, the features are significantly limited.

I love the Instadoole app because of…

"Rocky start, but support made it right"
I had a negative experience with the product right after purchase, where the features were presented as significantly better than they actually were, and I ended up having to pay more money. I appreciate that Instadoodle.com faced the situation head-on and resolved everything to my full satisfaction. Right now the only thing bothering me is occasional bugs, but support is always able to fix them. The interface is modern, and unlike the competition, it offers a lifetime plan. The only thing that doesn't work well is drawing graphically more complex images when they include shading. It would also be great to have a timeline editor for sound and animations. For now, a solid 4 stars, but I'd be happy to raise it in the future.

I love Insta doodle
I love Insta doodle! First of all, it is very easy to use and even fun. The AI that is there is intuitive. I have used my doodles in my class (I'm a philosophy professor), and the presentations are able to fully engage the students.
Secondly, I am so impressed with the owners/developers. They are responsive to questions, and they even have run small group master classes for users. They are friendly and professional.
I love this product and the folks behind it.

I saw Instadoodle on a FaceBook feed. Occasionally I create videos for a couple equine organizations for promotion. I thought Instadoodle looked like a fun new twist to it. Good But Could Be Better
I use Instadoodle mainly for faceless educational YouTube videos. For creating quick visual content, it’s genuinely useful and saves time.
Most of the issues I run into are performance-related. Rendering can be a real problem, and the platform can become extremely slow once you go past around 10 slides. That’s frustrating when you’re trying to work efficiently. To be fair, whenever I’ve raised issues, they have been addressed, and support has been responsive.
There are a lot of upsells, which can get annoying, even though the base price itself is reasonable for what you get.
The AI image generation is okay, but it lags behind other platforms in terms of quality and consistency. It works, but it’s not a standout feature.
