Spedizione puntuale

Spedizione puntuale nonostante un contrattempo del corriere. Una delle due confezioni era leggermente danneggiata ma non ha comportato alcuna conseguenza sul prodotto. Nel pacco sono stati inseriti dei graditi omaggi

Assenza nel pacco di un prodotto

Come già accaduto ad altre persone, nel pacco che mi è arrivato mancava un prodotto. Avevo ordinato 3 shampoo, ne sono arrivati solo 2. Purtroppo ne ho pagati 3!! Anche il peso del pacco riportato sull'etichetta del corriere evidenziava l'assenza di un prodotto. Ho provato a contattarli via mail un paio di volte spiegando l'accaduto al fine di avere un rimborso, ma non hanno mai risposto. Esperienza pessima.
