Yodel/Inpost make Evri look like superstars
No notification of when my parcel was going to be delivered the driver knocked my door didn't wait for me to answer knocked my neighbours door and left the parcel there.
Just when you thought Yodel couldn't get any worse In post buys them and proves you wrong Yodel/Inpost make Evri look like superstars appalling service.

After 5 attempts I finally found the scanner below the screen... flap opened ! Local Spar which is great as i go there once per week , and i had a reminder to collect it on time from Evri Ebay etc

Chatbot needs training
One problem your chatbot need a lot more training. I am sure it trie to tell me it was human if it was your human needs much more information and training. Delivery much better I was the problem (locker virgin)
