The Support Team was very helpful, and responded quickly to my request. I had an issue with one of my pedestal light. It was no problem to get an replacment within the 2 Year warranty.

Couldn’t rate higher. Had a defective controller which prevented outdoor spots from linking to Hue. Contacted INNR and not only did they send out a new controller, they sent a complete new set of spots AND did not ask for the old pack to be returned. Simply outstanding. I will only be buying from INNR in the future as i know that if I have any issues they are on point to support me. And, before anyone asks - NO i’m not on the payroll; i’m a genuine customer who just feels it’s right to point out excellent customer service in an age where there isn’t enough of that going around.

Innr lights are great and the costumer service, too!
I've got bulbs an a light strip from Innr and some stuff from Philips Hue. So I wanted to connect both. And it works perfect. All the Innr lights are available in the Hue App und I can work with Google Assistant and Alexa.
The only thing you need to know: The colours from Innr are a little bit different than the Hue lights. But you can adjust it.

The costumer service is simply great. I had problems two times and I received in both cases replacements in a few days.

I would highly recommend Innr bulbs and their outstanding service. Bought a triple pack of white bulbs, whist trying to set them up, one wouldn't reset despite following the instructions, contacted the help desk and they immediately identified the problem and without further ado, I quickly received another three pack through the post. All these bulbs are connected through my hue bridge and work brilliantly. Such a efficient company, polite, sincere, honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend to all. I don't use many Innr products because by the time I got to know this brand I had already purchased a bunch of Philips Hue lights. But, I bought a pack of 2x filament light bulb some time ago and I'm happy of how they work and the illuminance they create. Unfortunately one of those broke within a year and I reached out the support. In literally a couple of days I was shipped free of charge not 1 but another pack of 2x light bulbs. My experience with the support was great, the lights themselves are great and work fine with the Hue ecosystem. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

I have a number of Innr lights in my home and have always been really happy with them. When I had issues with some of the lights, I emailed Innr Support and was contacted by Ajay who was very knowledgeable and helpful. After quickly verifying the issues, replacements were sent immediately and delivered to me the very next day which was incredible. I was very impressed with the speed, quality and efficiency of customer care I received from Innr. Thanks Ajay.

Part of our Hue installation are the INNR outdoor spots, which unexpectedly started to flash in different colors and could no longer be controlled by the Hue app. Ajay from INNR support helped to indentify the cause of the problem (the control-box) and imediately replaced it. Outstanding.

I have a large yard with a lot of hue outdoor lightening and decided to try the Innr lights as they are cheaper and appeared nice. I have spots, pedestals, and even some light bulbs and love the light output and ease of setup with the Hue app. I ran into an issue with one set of pedestal lights that would not connect to my system. Innr’s support group worked with me till it was right including sending replacements. I would highly recommend the product and the customer service.

I extended my Smart Home based on a Hue Bridge with INNR Bulbs. Unfortunately some of the bulbs did not work as expected but thanks to the quick, friendly and uncomplicated support the replacement was on its way shortly after my complaint was submitted. Would always purchase INNR again!

Two of my innr smart bulbs did not connect to alexa anymore. The service team responded within a day. Diagnosis was defective lamp (unfortunately). Received the replacement within a week. Really great service.

I had purchased a pair of GU-10 Innr wifi bulb of which 1 one of them started giving problems. I contacted the service through their global website, and was responded in a day, and within a week without any questions asked I had shipped a replacement bulb. This is really impressive.

I started adding Innr into an established smart lighting system due to price. I had a problem with one of the products I bought and contacted customer support before returning it. I wasn’t expecting the level of customer service I got and have to say they went above and beyond.

We added innr lighting to our existing Philips Hue system. It is compatible on all relevant aspects. Smart product with a noticeable price advantage compared with the Hue series. On top of that they do have certain lighting solutions, that Hue simply doesn’t have - like the smart spot white single lens. It was the only smart lighting solution available for our tiny designer wall lamps. For our garden we settled entirely for the innr lighting system which works just great. After six months a t-cable turned out faulty. Within 48 hrs after sending an e-mail to innr we got a free exchange cable. Great customer service!

I have 10 innr-smart-lights in use, everything is in order. Support is also friendly and very helpful.
