Lisa Woods provided excellent service…

Lisa Woods provided excellent service fixing our printer issues and identifying security risks on our computer. Our computer was updated and security installed and the printer was fixed. Lisa and her team also showed us how the scanning feature on the printer/computer works. Thank you so much!

Anni Watson and Peter were very helpful…

Anni Watson and Peter were very helpful in troubleshooting my problem that I could have not solved on my own. They were patient and extremely knowledgeable with the ability to explain things in a concise and understandable format. My printer is working and I am confident that I am operating in a much safer and secure cyber environment. Kudos to these two professionals for their expertise. Much appreciated. I learned a lot and I am deeply grateful. Yes, it is their job to help me but I appreciate that they conveyed such a caring and customer-centered interaction.
