I ordered nail clippers for my parents. The company sent them to the wrong address. I tried to contact them on the customer website and the customer service emails were sent back to me. It didn't exist. Sad how they rip ppl off. Never order from them. I will continue to find any place I can to give them a horrible review until I get my clippers or at least a response from the company. Also going as belonyo.

I ordered a book and THEN found out it was a digital book. It never said that on the ordering site! I'm so upset and angry!

I want to write a review about this business. I ordered a book that said it was a hard copy but after paying on line I received a e- book ?? I’m very disappointed with this type of practice. I’m a senior and find it difficult to to read small print. Shame on you people!! No way to get a hold of them .

I made the mistake of ordering from Belomero.com before researching the company. I ordered what was listed as a hardcover book. I was immediately sent a pdf copy for download. I did not download. That's when I read their reviews, to which I am now adding my own. This is a scam. Do not order from them. They do not send what they promise. They provide no refunds and say so. They provide no way to remove your credit card information. They say you can contact them, but when I try to send a message I am told it won't submit and to contact the form provider, whoever that is. Fortunately, I didn't order much, but no one should be giving this company a single penny.

Ditto to what everyone notes about this company. Complete fraud! Disputing through Paypal and CC company.

The company leads people to believe were getting a hard cover book; I expected it in approx, 5 days however the book never arrived and I couldn't contact them by telephone

Company does not indicate that this is a download book! They ask for your mailing address so you would assume you are getting a hard copy…not so. Don’t do business with them. Rip off!

Update: after disputing the charge the company has issued a refund.
Company did not indicate that the book was not a hard copy but rather a digital download. If they weren't trying to be deceitful, they would have had an immediate download link rather than ask for my shipping address. I am disputing the charge even though after research I've learned that they do not offer refunds. Whether I get stuck paying or not, I've learned my lesson. I will research reviews before purchasing from some company that turns out to be scammers.

Book was represented as bieng a hard copy with shipping being free, addresses were filled in, waited on package that never came and after reaching out via PayPal to resolve shipping issue... (which was never answered) I read reviews which led me to my own realization that the book wasnt coming and making my own review... Do not support Takita Clark or this business. WHAT A RIP OFF!

Total scam. On line advertisement said hard copy book. Actually a link to an online book. Stay away.

As everyone else is saying they make no reference to their content being digital only and therefore available by download.
Google search brings the book I wanted up in the sponsored section and states this is a hardcover book….so I went ahead and ordered content that in providing zip codes for shipping and a shipping address , that this was a physical product ….but no they ignore all of this when you contact them and say they only sell digital content ….misleading - the publishers should be aware of how their products are being (mis) represented.

Misleading advertising-do not disclose that they are selling a digital copy of books-not sure that they even have the right. If you run a search for a USED BOOK they come up, website does not disclose that it’s a digital book. Claim no refunds of a digital download that has never occurred.

This is a scam. I thought I was ordering a HARDCOVER BOOK, NOT A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. They did not describe this. They have a phone # but they do not answer other than referencing a website.

This is a scam, no doubt. I ordered what I thought was a physical book (it doesn't say eBook anywhere at all) but I received a link to a PDF instead. I emailed them to ask where it said the book was not a physical copy, but as they have a zero refund policy, I don't anticipate any resolution. If I can save just one person from using this website, this review will have been worth writing. If I receive a satisfactory response from Belomero, I will update my review accordingly.

They sell links to download a pdf? How is that legal? Nonetheless, it is not stated as such and if you want a book, buy it from a real bookseller.

Thought I was ordering a used book. Nope. They actually sent a link to download a PDF. Extremely deceptive. Lucky I even saw the email with the link at all. This can't be legal. I could set up a similar scam and charge people to download a copy of the PDF myself. Who needs copyright law after all? Not to mention wire fraud? I paid via credit card, but apparently it was routed through PayPal? Receipt message said, "You paid $7.95 USD to ________." I removed the name according to the rules of this site, but if someone wants to follow up with me, I can provide detailed information.
