Go else where
No problem with filter but the choices they give you for postage i picked before 12 on the thursday cost £13 for small oil filter 4 days later the filter arrived when i complained i was told i was to blame for the time i ordered the filter on the thursday so my point is why give you the option of post before 12 royal mail have told me they did not receive the package untill 4.20 on friday afternoon so that says it all so if you need your filter fast do not use inline filters hope this helps

Great prices, quality & fast delivery.

Great prices and quality with really fast delivery times. I will certainly be using this company again.

Clearly, two of their customers are unhappy, but I can't believe that they represent the vast majority. I suppose it's mainly the moaners who bother to write reviews.

Yes we think we have provided our customers with the biggest range of filter products to be found anywhere on the web, all easily searched for on a quality website. But somehow that is never good enough for the moaners.

Sent the wrong filters, then charged us a refund 35% fee

Sent the wrong filters for our vehicle, when we returned unused filters they charged us a 35% "admin fee" and only gave a partial refund.

Advise people not to use this company.

As you have not told anybody your name I cannot check what happened with your order.

What I can tell you is, you must have been offered a goodwill gesture due to not returning the filters within the stipulated return window. In these circumstances, we wouldn’t normally be obliged to offer a refund, so a 65% refund is a pretty generous resolution...and a lot better that no refund at all.

untrustworthy

When accepting an order and offer next day delivery , which was the reason for placing my order in the first place , order placed on a Thursday morning, four days later no arrival , complained twice no reply demanded a full refund , which was accepted , yet to arrive , politely pointed out that this company actively miss led and then miss sold and do not offer a reason until my last complaint then told they had ordered a part that had not arrived with them , clearly they were never going to be able to supply to me next day if they did not have it themselves to start with , this is trading with deception, finally curt reply

This is a totally unfair review, it looks like one of your many other bad reviews, you obviously complain a lot.
You ordered an item that was not a stock item so we could not ship your order the same day. If it was in stock it would have arrived next day.
Your filter was ordered in for you but it did not arrive in the expected 1-2 days. When you complained again about this we refunded your money straight away.
Not sure what else you were expecting us to do in these circumstances.

dreadful customer service

the filters look ok, what is missing is honesty in the sales. pay extra for next day, seriously expensive cnsidering the weight and size, for the delivery to be in reality 24 hours late. no communication and when contacted the reaction is "not our problem, see the small print". asking for a refund for the postage is responded to by "you will be lucky". the cost to me on relying on them is not for discussion.

There is no extra charge for next day, all our orders are shipped on a next day service. Obviously couriers sometimes do not deliver on time, so next day is not guaranteed. This is laid out on our, very prominent, shipping page right under our website logo. There was no valid reason to offer a refund.
