Like many other people, I have used this company for many years and was always very pleased with the service. However, this time when I tried to place an online order it came up with an error message. As I hadn't had any confirmation that the order had gone through I tried it twice more, without success, only to find afterwards that the payment has been taken 3 times from my credit card. There's no telephone number to contact them, I've sent 3 emails and not a single response. I suspect some criminal activity here!!

Appalling customer service. Ordered 2 ink cartridges which would not work in printer. Complained and they sent a replacement which didn't work either (incompatible cartridge). Several complaints, some of which were just ignored. Requested refund. Returned all cartridges. Refund promised but never arrived. Had to do a chargeback through bank to get money back.

Don’t want to even give a star, so disappointed, we were a regular customer and let down by the service, did not receive my full order, on the invoice, somebody written down ‘apologies color ink to follow’ but never heard from them despite sending emails and filled the form on contact us section, so furious that there is no phone number to contact, never buying from them again

We have dealt with Ink2U for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service and value up until our recent transaction.An HP337 cartridge delivered was found to be faulty, we reported this to them but despite sending several emails about this we are being ignored. We have had to go out and buy a replacement cartridge which is working fine. Come on Ink2U don't let us down and lose our custom

My wife tried to order an Epsom Multipack of cartridges from this company….got to the payment page and submitted the payment but the page came up with an error message so she tried again….something happened….as she thought no payment had been made as there was no verification from our bank she thought that was that……..However, when her statement came in a month later she was charged £65 twice…She has no order confirmation nor emails from this company so why was she debited…She has called the bank for Chargeback….She has used this company for many years with no issues at all…she will not be using it again so steer well clear…….

Wrote to trusted traded on 6th April with regard to this company. Still not response despite repeated attempts at the only way they give to contact them. They are no longer listed at companies house and their Facebook page hasn’t been updated in years. If you want to defrauded use this company. Otherwise use someone else. I would love them to contact me to discuss this .

What has happened to Ink2u? Like many other reviewers I have used Ink2u for many years with no issues. Not anymore, although my recent order was received I have been charged 3 times! No response to my 3 emails and letter, then today an email to ask me to leave a review. Totally shocking service and now having to rely on my bank to recover the overcharge. Avoid.

I have edited from 1 to 2 stars as my refunds for unauthorised and overpayment were received on 22.04.21.

This is roguery disguised as an ink website. You pay for merchandise that’s never dispatched and then complete and utter non communication thereafter. I have notified Trading Standards. Steer clear!

Have used this company before with no issues,. This time order made, paid for and despatch confirmation received but nearly 2 weeks later still awaiting delivery. No response to attempts to contact company by web message and e-mail - but very quick to respond when it involved getting money!! On current information cannot recommend them.

I’ve been using this company for my ink printer cartridges for many years now and have never ever had any problems.
This morning my latest order arrived in good condition exactly as expected. I can highly recommend this company for ink printer cartridges 😊

Received a further apologetic and sincere email from customer care so I have further increased my rating to 4 stars.

Just had an email from customer care which explained the difficulty they are currently having in sourcing empty cartridges. My order is expected to be fulfilled next week which I have agreed to, although I was offered a refund. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
Ordered on 12/2/21. Part order received on 16/2/21 with hand written note saying item to follow. Website says that in such circumstances they send an estimated delivery date by email. This has not happened. Tried to progress this matter but no response to 2 contact enquires on their website. No email or phone number. Checked Companies House to see their status, seem to be very small outfit but nothing to suggest they are in trouble. Looking at all the reviews, something is going wrong. In these times, customers can understand problems but please communicate and get a phone number. Otherwise my and others conclusions will be obvious .

Been using this company for 15 years! Everything has been fine until now. Ordered a cartridge as usual, had confirmation and dispatched e-mails as usual, then...nothing. No item has arrived, sent 5 e-mails without a response. no phone number to contact them on. It's awful. Am in the process of trying to get my money back with help from the bank, and trading standards. It's disgusting the website is still live and they are taking peoples money!

Ordered and apparently despatched the same day. Over a week later the cartridges have still not arrived. Despite 2 messages I have not had a reply. So, I’m £30 out of pocket and the company obviously doesn’t care. I certainly won’t be using them again.

Due to a problem on the payment page I have been charged three times for cartridges but have not been sent any. Having checked my Ink2U account, there are no orders registered I have contacted Ink2U on their website three times and still received no response. There is no phone number to call and appears to be nobody answering customer comments, not good at all. Update two weeks later I have now received a full refund from the company and an apology email it would be good if they had a phone number so you could actually speak to them though

Used to be slick delivery, now takes ages with no tracking information.

Poor customer service. Still waiting for Brother Cartridge order to be fulfilled, unable to contact them either by phone or e-mail

Where are these bad reviews coming from???
We have used Ink 2 u through the years during the life span of 3 printers.
Service almost instant, delivery prompt and nowhere near the manufactures inks prices Pet hate is the manufactures extortionate pricing of their inks and the built in lifespan of the family printer.
5 star in my eyes

Would have given NO stars if I could. Have used this company for a long time but NOT ANYMORE. Service is absolutely shocking. Now in 4th week of waiting for cartridges but no response to any emails and no contact number. Numbers that are on internet do not work. Thus lot should be shut down and not allowed to take orders.
