Meine Bestellung wurde unvollständig geliefert – ein Kabel hat gefehlt.
Ich habe den Kundenservice unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Bestellung kontaktiert. Auf der Website wird eine Antwort innerhalb von 48 Stunden versprochen. Inzwischen ist eine ganze Woche vergangen und ich habe bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.
So ein Umgang mit zahlenden Kunden ist aus meiner Sicht äußerst unprofessionell und absolut inakzeptabel. Ich habe eine unvollständige Bestellung erhalten und werde seit einer Woche vom Kundenservice ignoriert. Ich hätte zumindest erwartet, zeitnah eine Antwort und eine Lösung für das Problem zu erhalten.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich diesen Shop leider nicht empfehlen.
