Very poor Customer Support
The table looks nice, but the overall experience after delivery was very disappointing.
After normal household use, visible marks appeared on the surface, which raised questions about the advertised protective treatment. When I contacted customer service to ask whether this was expected, the communication felt dismissive and unhelpful rather than informative.
What was most surprising to me was what happened afterward. Following this dispute, reviews appeared on my and my (what they thought) employer’s Trustpilot page that, from my perspective, were retaliatory in nature. I have never experienced anything like this in a customer–seller interaction before.
Because of how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this company, regardless of the product’s appearance.
They will tell you that they don't have me in their system, but I have clear mailing communication that proves their behaviour.
