An amazing team of professionals
Indigo is a an amazing women-led team of professionals.
They're not only exceptionally good at sourcing, interviewing and recruiting developers and marketing people for tech companies, they also have an unmatched work ethic and empathy.
One of the things that are crucial for my business is that people I hire need to know who they work with and what the culture in the company is like.
When you hire a recruiting agency, that can be a point of concern: will your dream candidate get to speak to recruiter that would be able to leave a good impression and not scare them off?
With Indigo's team, it's not a concern. In fact, I think they'd do a better job than I ever could making people want work for me.
