Unstable Platform and Unhelpful Support

My experience with Draftbit has been extremely disappointing. The platform repeatedly malfunctioned — missing UI elements, AI actions consuming credits with no output, sign‑in failures, and broken project components. These issues wasted hours of work and made the tool unusable. Support responded with generic messages that didn’t address the actual problems. For a paid platform, this level of instability and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
