Great for family gatherings

I was making koozies for a family cruise and found your website. Making them was super easy, with a lot of colors and themed options. I liked that I could choose for them to be made in the USA, and they arrived before I expected them to. The price was also very reasonable with many options. Would definitly recommend and will use again in the future.

The shipment

The shipment, originally set to deliver on Monday, was pushed back and won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for.

DON’T EVEN CONSIDER IMPRINT!!!

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company! I placed an order for custom tshirts and paid for a rush order. When you set up the order you’re given the option for GUARANTEED by dates. Obviously the shorter the lead time, the higher the cost. My order was guaranteed by 6/5. When I called 6/5, I was told there was a production delay and then was promised shirts by 6/9. When I called on 6/8, I was told the dates are only an estimate and I would not receive the shirts on 6/9. I ordered 50 shirts for an event my complaint any is sponsoring. I was promised a call from a manager, which I never received. NEVER AGAIN! I will tell everyone I know to avoid using this company!

TERRIBLE print quality

Terrible print quality

I ordered several hundred lanyards in different colors for an event my non-profit organization was producing. Very straightforward order of a two color logo on white, and a black logo on a few neon shades. My logo was distorted, blurred, and the printing had awful streaks throughout it. Refund process is a nightmare (they insisted on receiving a dozen different photos, with specific angles, and a photo of the shipping box I no longer had). It's clear that zero effort is put into quality control, it's all based on speed of delivery.

Gave up on trying to get credit, and just decided that I will never use Imprint.com again, and will tell everyone I know that they are a nightmare to deal with.

Terrible customer service form-based process that required rounds of back and forth emails. You can't convince me that their goal isn't to just wear people out so that they stop trying to get credit back.

If I could rate zero stars I would.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I ORDERED SHIRTS FOR AN HONOR WALK. THEY GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE OF 6/4/26, WHICH WAS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT SO THAT WAS FINE. THE SHIRTS NEVER CAME!! I CALLED FRIDAY 4 TIMES TELLING THEM I NEEDED THE SHIRTS. THEY BLEW ME OFF, JUST KEPT PROMISING TO HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED-IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS, AND NOT EVEN ONE PHONE CALL. I HAD NO SHIRTS FOR MY EVENT AND NOT ONE PERSON FROM THE COMPANY EVEN RETURNED MY CALLS, TRIED TO FIX IT OR MAKE IT RIGHT IN ANY WAY OR HAS REACHED OUT TO ME IN ANY WAY. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A COMPANY BEHAVE LIKE THIS. HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS

Damaged and Late

4 of the 9 shirts in my order came damaged, also I shipped them with rush shipping/production and they arrived a day late, and I was only offered a 30% refund or 40% store credit
I had to ask multiple times for an exact dollar amount for the refund after which they only supplied it when I wrote out the calculation myself. Their website also states that they always respond within 24 hours, which isn't true because they didn't respond to my ticket for 3 days initially and they took multiple days to respond to my responses. This was not good customer service, I wouldn't use them again.
