These coozies were perfect for my son’s fishing birthday party. They printed exactly how I wanted and came right on time. The price almost seemed too good to be true but it wasn’t!

Be warned your estimated arrival of product is not really when you will get it unless you’re willing to pay extra . I used imprint 4 yard signs that I needed quickly so I paid the extra $50 to have them shipped sooner than the estimated shipping time. Super happy with my first order tiny quality issues (a few signs have rough edges at the top), but not a big deal. I placed a second order but this time did not want to pay the $50 and the estimated delivery time worked with when I needed the new set of yard signs. Be warned if you don’t pay the 50 bucks they basically will ship them to you whenever they have time because all the other orders that have paid the extra money are in the front of the line. I reached out to customer service. They don’t really seem to care. They just send vague responses that they’re working on it and they’ll get it to me as soon as possible. Super frustrating. I was supposed to receive my yard signs in July 9. Today is July 12 and they still have yet to tell me when I will receive my order.

My order is lost and customer service was rude and absolutely HORRIBLE. My order was for a charity outing and now I don’t have them. I will never order from here again.

Arrived 2 days after the date I selected and paid for. Logo isn’t even straight on the koozies. It is crooked.

Very happy with the quality of the product and the speed of shipping. They were alap easy to work with asking for an edit I struggled to make on the website.

Let’s start by saying I am very disappointed in the company. They were given specific instruction on what to do with 2 children shirts but yet failed to do so. Then they wanted to turn it around like it was my fault. The shirts were supposed to be printed on front and back from a design that had already been used. I even told them the design order number so they could make copies of the shirt. I also uploaded the design saying front center and back center. Now why the heck would I upload 2 different designs for front and back, label them front and back and only want one side printed? Doesn’t make sense to me.
So, I get a proof to look at and accept it. I was under the impression that all the shirts were under one order and that the one proof was for all the shirts but I guess that was wrong. I was told that I didn’t order a proof for the smaller shirts that’s why I didn’t get one. Again, doesn’t make sense I order all of them at the same time paid for them all at the same time but needed a proof for each shirt in the order.
Thing that really makes me mad is the customer service rep actually started out saying it was my fault, saying the instructions were not clear. Misery and heartache is all you will get from this place. They don’t even attempt to keep your business it’s all the customer’s fault. Guess I’ll take the 4k I had set aside for more shirts an have them made locally like I should have done in the first place.
If you want to waste your money then go ahead by all means use these people. I choose to spend my hard earned money else where.

Received half my order in a reasonable amount of time but the other half is "in Production" with a ship date from over a week ago. Called customer service and they said my order is late due to the rush orders being moved ahead of my order. Said my order could still take weeks unless I wanted to pay extra to expedite the order. This seems like a business policy to try and renegotiate an order. I refused to pay the ransom so we shall see how many weeks it takes to deliver my product.

The whole process was a pain. I will go to someone in person next time

The item arrived with the image printed perfectly in a timely fashion. I plan to use Imprint for future orders.

Easy to order. Very happy with the items we ordered. Great visibility as to status of the order as it moved through their process. Will definitely use them again.
