My experience with Imprint is awful! Ever since they switched from Shell to Imprint it all went downhill. No one can speak English, fake promises, they lie and give you the run around. Stick with CHASE! They speak English and do what they say they are going to do. Im actually glad this happened as CHASE benefits are no comparison to Imprint and Chase is legit. Imprint is a complete joke. I now know what others were speaking of when they tried to tell me to not have anything to do with Imprint. Chase....Im home!! Do not trust anything from Imprint!

First time purchasing custom coozies and very happy. Picked imprint largely based on cost & turnaround time for our event. Ordered on a Wednesday eve and in-hand following Wednesday living in rural MN. Arrived in time and product quality exceeds expectations!

Super fast fulfillment of order. We late ordered koozies for 90 year old birthday party. Used a photo of her and her dog from her teens. Koozies were perfect, popular with the family and a complete surprise for the birthday girl. Received the order in 2 days!?!

The initial proof was awful, and looked like our design had been put through an AI program and altered. I'm a graphic designer, and sent high quality original artwork in the requested size and format. It took about a week to get that sorted and a proof that looked correct, which then made our required delivery date (these were gifts for a beach wedding) doubtful, requiring that we pay an additional rush fee to ensure on-time delivery. Once that was paid, the bags were delivered quickly, and the print quality was fine. But, I will likely go elsewhere next time...

Shirts are late. They were supposed to arrive June 9th. It's now June 17th and they are asking for reviews because I should have received my order.

I have called, emailed and chatted with customer service and every time they have tried to extort me for more money to finish my order.

If you don't mind waiting a month for shirts use this company otherwise use someone else. They will give the same we can't promise anything unless you want to pay more response to every question you ask.

Product turned out exactly as expected

We are so pleased with our experience! We ordered personalized Koozies as giveaways for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. They were easy (and fun) to order, they came several days before guaranteed, and they are gorgeous! The various options for design were plentiful and appropriate. Very reasonably priced too.

I made an error when I sent them my design….and I was shooting for a last minute turn around time…. They followed up with me, we fixed it together, and they still got it to me on time. 10/10

Ordered then charged more. When they say an estimated delivery date that is over 2 weeks away...don't believe them. I needed the order for an event over a month away and thought that would be enough time...nope. They didn't do ANYTHING until I called 2 weeks away from the event and was told the only way I would get the order was to PAY MORE...and extra $100 more! Bottom line....look elsewhere.
