The printing is great. But the cup size is wrong. I ordered 20oz cups and got 16oz. FYI - your supplier is labeling their cups incorrectly. I know this because my previous event cups have been correct from a different vendor.

I have requested a ship date (after having a " In production" status for 10 days. they wont give be an estimate as to when it will be out to a carrier

Your website was not very clear regarding only being able to use one color for a logo. My company logo has 3 colors. Plus I wanted to add the address information on the other side of the coolie cup. I was upcharged $140. Had I known this, I would have chosen to go local and have a local business print these for less than what you charged. I could not cancel the order as your representative said the order was "in process" even though they said they couldn't proceed until I agreed to the $140 upcharge. However, I couldn't cancel the order. Definitely won't be using your service again and I won't be recommending your service to anyone else.

This company advertises that you can "Get custom apparel that ships within 1 day. This is a patently false statement. They charge more for shipping that will arrive at a specific time but when they do not arrive at the stated time they say it will be up to an extra 2 WEEKS and try to upsell you a faster shipping time that costs almost as much as the order. Steer clear of this company and their manipulative and deceptive business practices.

I didn't like that there was no previewing my item until after I had already paid for it. I paid the extra money for it to be" guaranteed " by a certain day and it was 4 days later than that. The image looked brighter on the preview than the actual product. And the packaging was just the shipper bag it was mailed in, there was no container or rubber bands or anything keeping it together. Might try again another time but I wasn't impressed. When I called to check the status of my order to find out it was going to be 4 days late I hung up and they called right back apologizing thinking I was someone else letting me know that their product was going to be late as well.

Received my product quicker than I expected and the quality is impressive! The price point was a huge bonus. Extremely happy that I chose Imprint for these Koozies. I will have some very happy people once I give them out. I will use Imprint again for my next product. Thank you! Oh, and Bonus... Made in the USA!!

I entered my artwork 5 times on their design studio and they kept erasing it - not stored anywhere. I called customer service about this and was told to just check out and it will say "upload artwork" and their system will find it - did not happen. Called and was told to email all components as well as the design (thankfully I had made a snip of it) to her, followed up 4 times and was told Amy would call me "in 15 minutes," never happened. Then I got Bruno who said the artwork was not there - I sent it again to him and followed up - again no response - this was all day Friday. I was busy Saturday but on Sunday I checked on my order and status was "waiting for artwork from customer." More calls, finally they assured me they moved it into production. I needed it by Wednesday, their internal poor customer service impacted it and they now say it will be delivered on Saturday - too late. They are the ones who caused the delay. I will never use them again.

Product looks good, price and time was good.

They looked good some print looks a little ran together, but over I really like them. I would order them again

The product was delayed in getting to me in time for the event. I had to find another option on Amazon that was less special.
