Beautiful Fit, Great Company !
The material was thinner than I expected but I ended up really loving the fit once on. It’s very comfortable and flattering, the dusk colour is lovely! It’s not “sweat wicking” however, I find sweat can take a while to dry just due to the kind of fabric. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the cost/ fabric. For the material it is made out of, it really is quite expensive (in CAD at least). That being said, I’m happy with it overall and will wear it often!

Lovely dancewear company
It was my first purchase and I couldn’t be more happy about it! The best ballet tights I have worn, the quality is great. Also bought the camisole leotard which is very comfortable and fits perfectly. Will definitely buy something soon again.

Imperfect Pointes leotards never disappoint! I love my recent purchases: Marseille in Lavender, and Barcelona’s in Plum and Blue. The fabric, cut and style are flattering and always fit perfectly no matter what shape and size. Best of all they’re sustainable, so when you make a purchase at least you’re doing your little bit for the planet!

Best tights I've ever worn
The convertible ballet tights I received were amazing!! They were stretchy yet so supportive and pulled in so nicely at the waist. I will definitely be buying more.

Sustainable brand
When I was looking for a new leotard I wanted to find a company that sells sustainable dancewear. I was impressed by imperfect pointes, both the inclusively and the tights recycling scheme. After ordering a leotard about to be discontinued, there was an issue with delivery and my parcel was lost. I thought I would only get a refund at most, but Helen was fantastic! She went above and beyond and another leotard was made just for me. I love it, the fit is great, and I have ordered another leotard which I am looking forward to receiving.

As a small business we take your comments seriously and I'm really very sorry you had a bad experience. if there's anything I can do to help you see that this was a particularly challenging time for us as a small business. I'd love to win you back, as I'm sure your boyfriend has found the quality and fit of the tights to be really high?
We were brought to a standstill in Jan-Feb by the known Cyber attack on the Royal Mail. This affected all UK small businesses shipping overseas. I do believe I sent a long email explanation, but sometimes there's nothing we can do to change things beyond our control. It did in fact take 2 months, not 3 months, but I hold my hands up. I can't apologise enough. Helen x
great for sensory processing…
My daughter has sensory processing disorder and tights feel so uncomfortable to her. We have tried ALL the tights and all of them cause tears and frustration. Until we found these!!!!! The waistband is so wide and comfy and they are just perfect for her. She puts them on with no problem and feels great and confident in class now. We will be buying many more! And we love the sustainability of them too! So happy we found these!

Order took AMAZINGLY long to ship. I had to email the company SEVERAL times. Very disappointed. After a snippy reply to my REQUESTED review from the company, rest assured I will not be ordering from them in the future. If you are going to begrudge customers from ordering products at a sale price, maybe don't offer a sale price? At least when I place orders on Amazon, I get timely responses from customer service.

Immediately after our ARCHIVE SALE there was a cyber attack on the Royal Mail here in the UK, which nearly destroyed many small independent businesses like ours. Not only did you purchase a hugely discounted product, made by a small ethical business, you also applied a 15% discount code. .So we think you got a fabulous deal. The fact it took so long was because we did not want you to be affected by the cyber attack. But in your review you haven't mentioned the beautiful quality or the fact its sustainably made, so perhaps you should just stick with Amazon in future?
I hope this helps when you are reviewing other small businesses trying to create a better world.

The leotard I ordered for my…
The leotard I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas did not come in until over a month after Christmas. They did keep me aware from time to time of the delays and the reasons for them and promised to send a complementary pair of tights as a gift for the inconvenience. The tights never came. If the company still wants to make good for that. my granddaughter is 5’10” and is slender.

Thanks Susan. We are a small start up business trying to change the dancewear industry for good. we are not Amazon, and sometimes things go wrong, but we always try to help if customers let us know the problem.
I am genuinely sorry that you didn't receive the tights as promised. this was down to human error, at a very stressful time. I personally accept that mistake, for which now our whole review score has been impacted. As the business owner, I can only try even harder in future.
This adds to the already huge impact caused by the Royal Mail Cyber attack, which we informed you about on 13th Jan.
You haven't mentioned whether your granddaughter liked the ethically-made leotard that was made in a small factory paying decent wages?
