Ordered Item. It was shipped. I waited 3 weeks and wondered why it didn't show. Contacted customer support and was given the runaround. "it was shipped," "it was delivered," etc. Asked them to confirm the shipping address and they shipped it to the wrong address. I have numerous confirmation emails confirming the address I put on the order is the correct address, clearly showing that they messed up the shipping address, and they continually say that they shipped it to the address that I put on the order.

This company is not trustworthy. The product you get is not what is being advertised. They claim a 60 day 100% money back guarantee but then want you to pay return shipping and a restocking fee because they lied about their product.

Ordered merchandise 12/16/ 2022...many phone calls with changing phone numbers...repeated promises broken...telephone staff routinely lie...latest story is merchandise 'supposed' to be shipped this week, but they don't know for sure because they don't actually ship merchandise...actual company is EVERLYTE and MODERNTRENDS has to be sent confirmation!!!...just another story I am sure...goal seems to be to wear down customers until they eventually give up.

Scammers! Stay away from this site. They never shipped, never refunded, never provided legit label/tracking.
I am reporting them to authorities.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Do not order anything from them!!! I ordered 2 Robot Vacuum Floor Cleaners, and they shipped 2 Mimi Doorbells instead. COMPLETELY the wrong product. They said I could return the item but would not provide a label. Company will not refund the shipping charges to me or the shipping charges in incurred shipping the wrong product back to them. They are keeping $9.99 Shipping, plus Restocking Fee of $4.00 and the $11.05 it cost me to ship the product back. They did offer to refund the $4.00 restocking fee but none of the shipping charges. They are trying to keep $21.04 for shipping me the WRONG product. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered 3 "floating balls" for what I thought was 3 for $35. Immediately after hitting submit order I realized I was wrong and they were $35 each. I sent an IMMEDIATE email to cancel & the replied 3 days later that the order had been shipped. Bull. I got them a few weeks later so told them I was returning. I paid for shipping them back via USPS on 12/30/22. I can't believe I lost my tracking number... and they refuse to give me a credit. I bought through PayPal so am going to contact them and refuse to pay it.

If I could give it a 0 I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will never receive your product or your money back. It’s from overseas and you will get the same generated email everytime you send one. Your first email will say USPS label has been created in Los Angeles, CA. AND it will also say the product has not arrived yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 3 heaters in Nov. sent email requesting expected shipping date in Dec. Received product on Jan 9, 2023 paid via paypal upon order. I opened the package and read the instructions. They said you needed a 220v power source. Now where in the information was any mention was made of needing a 220v source. I returned them at my cost of $21. They refunded 2 of the heaters via Paypal after I questioned where the refund would be sent. They charged a 10% fee that was once again was never mentioned.
Obviously I am very displeased and would recommend to anyone NOT to do Business with this or other affiliated Companies. Including Brownstone.

I would set the focus, still not clear, I would look away at something else, and it was worse, look back at the target and have to re-adjust the lens again

I ordered 4 drones on Nov 11 2023. I received a professional looking shipping confirmation. It turned out to be a legit USPS priority shipping label. But when I went to USPS website, it was never given to the post office. Whenver I call or email they will say we having supply chain issues. It never showed for Christmas. Then I called them again in Jan and Feb. Now they send me a text and my orders do not even show up since they are SHIPPED.

I ordered 4 heaters on Dec 20 2022 I have not received anything,as of today Feb 20 2023. I get BS emails about over whelming responses and my order is processing but nothing. I asked for a refund, no response. Website is now gone from Internet. Total SCAM.

I ordered a vacuum from them robo vacuum and it came with a broken piece and it was a cheap crappy vacuum not anything of what I expected I have emailed them and no response so I'm going to ask my bank for a refund and I have no way of sending this thing back cuz they don't give me instructions on how to return don't buy anything from this company I've read review after review after review of how they rip people off

I purchased (2) WiFi Panorama Cameras. The advertisement for them appeared to be a good product that had a self adjusting camera that would detect and follow motion. Activity could be monitored on an app. What is not explained is that the system will only work on 2.4G or lower wifi signals; it is not compatible with today's 4G or 5G networks. Additionally, when you attempt to download their app to monitor activity, a screen prompt pops up as a warning that this is not from a trusted site and may cause damage to your device.

This company can only improve if it begins to ship the product they advertise. I sent them over two hundred dollars for a special ball in December 2022 as Christmas presents, and have not received anything as of % February 2023. This outfit would only improve by delivering the products they claim to have.

I ordered a 2 pack of heaters and paid 145.00 for the heaters and the shipping. After a mon th I tried to contact them and not only can I NOT email them because their crappy website doesnt work but I never got my heaters and Ive been scammed for 145.00 now. these pathetic losers should be caught, castrated and then sent to a prison where lots of sex offenders can have their way with them!!!

I ordered the bulb security camera in October, never received it, they send a email that it was undeliverable, and I got tired of waiting and ask for a refund. Never got my refund and I disputed with my bank , now my bank has issues with them because they said the mailed it. Ive been fighting this and nothing , my bank now wants to get the money back . I wrote a statement to the bank hopefully i get my money. Today I have a email from them that they mailed it out again and to a wrong address. this people are a joke. Many emails and they said they had processed refund. I am not sure what year that was as i have not gotten my refund. Scam, Scam, Scam. I am out 165.00. Nothing gets me more angry than being scammed. People that do this should be arrested.
