My order sat for a couple weeks stating a label was created. Contacted my bank to dispute the charge but decided to wait another week. The order shipped and I received exactly what I purchased. Pleasantly surprised.

Item ordered 11/18/23 was one of the optics advertised. As of this date 12/11 no product has been shipped despite an email indicating it has. They basically only create a shipping label but then send an email indicating that the product was shipped. When checking the tracking number it reveals the actual item has not been received by USPS. Also your card is charged on the order date even though the desired product has yet to be shipped. This company goes by various names. Your card is billed under emoderntech. Email from them identified as imoderntrends or variously emoderntrends. Definitely a red flag. Demanded an immediate cancellation and refund as yet to be verified. However as of this post I have in fact received a notice of a refund

Concerning the website (IMODERNTRENDS.COM). Additional items were added to my order after the credit card transaction was made. No option for final confirmation of items selected were given on the website, only a website receipt after c.c. approval. Very misleading when you think your getting a deal. They have a bogus customer service number that hangs up on you automatically when prompted to speak to a customer service agent (1-855-816-4251). This number was provided by my C.C. dispute department to try and resolve the issue prior to action. Imoderntrend.com do not send a sales receipt confirmation to your email or respond to multiple sent emails.
I just wanted what I ordered and now I have to deal with filing a fraud claim with my credit card over a measly $14.00 for products that I didnt approve being added after the fact. I would have ordered more items once I verified the product quality. It makes little sense for IMODERNTRENDS.COM to lose future customers and purchases while trying to pull a quick scam that IMODERNTRENDS.COM hopes you wont notice. Very unfortunate to have to take time to write a VERY POOR REVIEW of this company -IMODERNTRENDS.COM

Beware of ordering from this company. It goes by 3 different names: imoderntrends.com, shopcosmicscope.com and Brownstone. I ordered 2 monoculars and cases from them and when I looked at PayPal, Brownstone had submitted an order for 4. PayPal said they would try to contact them. I have tried to contact all 3 company names with no response. However, PayPal deducted the amount requested by Brownstone. I have screenshots of all orders and attempts to contact. I have received NO products from this company.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I placed an order for last Christmas and I never received anything. They sent me an email saying it was shipped, giving me a tracking no. and a "supposed" link to check on shipment. The link was disabled. I spent over $100 for Christmas gifts. I forgot about it then saw it on facebook recently and contacted them again. They sent me the same link. It is a big SCAM. I waisted that money and will do what I can to shut them down so no one else has to lose their Christmas money!

Got an item that did not perform as expected. Returned it. Have been promised a refund (check) multiple times over a six week period. Still not received.

Update 11.07.23, still getting the runaround. Lies and more lies.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM. THEY OFFER A PRODUCT VERY CHEAP OR FREE, THEN REQUIRE YOU TO ONLY PAY THE SHIPPING PRICE. THEY THEN SEND YOU AN EMPTY PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO SATISFY THE OBLIGATION OF SENDING YOU SOMETHING. THIS IS MAIL FRAUD FOR THIS PART OF THE SCAM AND NOW IT GETS MORE ELABORATE WHERE THEY CLAIM TO SEND YOU TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SOME SORT OF UNDISCLOSED MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU NOW HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CARD ON FILE ANOTHER $87.00 DOLLARS. YOU CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS UNAUTHORISED CHARGE AND THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND OFFER YOU A ONE-TIME CONCESSION OF 30% OFF AND A $199.00 GIFT CARD. WHAT AND FOR WHAT? THEY ATTEMPT TO STEAL THE MONEY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD NOW COMMITTING CREDIT FRAUD AND WIRE FRAUD. THEY ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT IF I DISPUTE THE CHARGE I WILL ONLY GET A TEMPORARY CREDIT FOR 90 DAYS AND THAT THEY WILL EVENTUALLY WIN BACK THE MONEY. I GUESS THEY DON'T KNOW ME LOL. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO SHUT THEM DOWN!

Scam! Straight up. I never even received my order, and their customer service is non existent. Usps says it’s because they had use counterfeit stamps! What kind of stupid company is this?!

In April 2023 I purchased online a cheap robot vacuum from imoderntrends. It performed dismally, got stuck frequently, and missed most of the floor. It was not worth even its relatively low price. I returned it following their instructions in May, and on June 6, 2023 was promised a refund in 5-7 business days. They never refunded anything (today is September 14). So, their customer service is as dismal as their product. I will never again deal with them.

Bought a 1080p dash cam with ir and WiFi. Lol I did get a dash cam and it was 1080p but the ir light was just a led. No wifi cheap plastic. Saw in other ads at Walmart for $12. I paid $50. Plus they charged me for a surprise gift. A set of weird small tools. They actually are more useful than the product I bought. I asked for refund and they haggled with me. It was hilarious but sad. AVOID AT ALL COST.

they said my things were delivered but weren't. Another scam company, I should have known better, I would have given it a - but they didn't provide that option. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered 2 of the globe aircraft toys, after shipping it came to $84 plus dollars. I FOUND THEM ELSEWHERE FOR $9.99 plus $6.99 shipping. I wanted to return them, they would only refund the money for one of them and I would pay shipping.

The robot vacuum was, in my opinion, a piece of junk! Cheap plastic, made in China, NOT the United States as the description read. Peel and stick pad on the bottom.
I just put it back in the box and returned it to Imoderntrends located in California.The company charged on my card a $3.99 charge and another charge for $64.97 for the robot vacuum and shipping. There was another suspicious charge of $39.99 on my card from California. I had no clue where that came from. I called my bank and they disputed that charge and issued me a card.
Imoderntrends did refund the $64.97 and the bank refunded the 39.99.
The $3.99 was not refunded.
Lesson learned!

I wish I found these reviews before dealing with these folks. I ordered a drone. It worked for about an hour and then one of the motors locked up. I emailed customer service and they sent me a return address and instructions. They said they would refund my money to my credit card once they receive the return package. USPS shows they received the return about two weeks ago. About a week later, I get a notice from my credit card company that they stopped an unauthorized charge from a company with a strangely similar name. Oh well, lesson learned.

09/02/2023 Update: Two days after posting this review, I received my refund. So I upped the rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

bought a vacuum from them. absolutely a piece of junk! Won't pick up anything! Worthless !

Sent wrong dashcam and it doesn't work. Horrible company.

Complete rip off. Same on ebay for $0.00 versus $98. Ccheap construction and no replacement parts available.

Bait n switch. Returned a bogus dash cam. Returned it at my expense. Now they refuse my refund saying there was a chargeback when the only chargeback was when I called PayPal on the $3.99 surprise gift I said no thanks to. 2 separate charges on my PayPal. Only returned the pos camera. Horrid people

Fire Bright Lighter - ditto on all of the complaints from others. Product is not Tesla technology, at best a piezoelectric spark and butane. Avoid this seller!

Do not buy the 'Tesla' coil lighter. It's a scam. I ordered one(two actually) and what I received were two butane powered lighters. When I called to make a return request because what was advertised was not what I received, they offered to give me a 50% refund on what I paid. I figured it was easier that going through the hassle of their return process. Also, if you look closely at the description when you you order, you will see that it says gas powered in small print so you really don't see it when you're ordering but it gives them the ability to say "Oh, we updated the description and it does say gas powered" so they can have a semi-excuse that it's not false advertising.
