Done 2 orders before the 7pm next day delivery but didn’t get sent till following day. Im not knocking you as indeed my deliveries did turn up and I I do have your email reply as to why the last order was late dispatch, which was the following day, great vapes and great prices just highlighting that if you want same day dispatch think about ordering earlier in the day,

Orders placed before 7pm are dispatched on the same day using Royal mail tracked 24 service which takes 1-2 days and is a free shipping option.
However, in the future please select the Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm which will cost you £7.99.

I have ordered twice the first order…
I have ordered twice the first order one vape didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered about it. The second order two vapes didn’t work so I contacted customer service but it has been a whole week and I have had no response at all. I asked for a replacement or a refund and nothing. They were quick to contact me when one of the vapes I ordered was out of stock so I could choose something else because they wanted my money now there is a problem it silence from them. I won’t be ordering from them again.
