I bought this item that arrived in a very poorly made packaging.
The materials are bad: plastics and light metals, arrived damaged among other things, given the poor packaging. After mounting it in fact, the metal structure was deformed and therefore unstable.
Unfortunately I can't attach the photo. After contacting the support, they offered me €25 to make up for the damage. Following the offer I contacted 3 smiths who obviously asked me for more than that amount.
Reporting on the economic requests, the assistance operator, very rude, responds saying that: "it was not important what I asked, that the discount was not negotiable"
Given the few possibilities I had to accept. After two months from the purchase the structure broke down. I repeat, bad assistance and materials. Don't buy!

Poor quality
From Amazon, I ordered a BBQ-Toro BQT7 grill table from this seller.
Upon delivery, one corner of the packaging was damaged and consequently so was the sheet metal of the unit. Several holes for mounting bolts had to be re-drilled due to poor alignment with the corresponding mounting points. Instead of 3 hanging hooks as mentioned in the description, only two were delivered.
Vendor simply does not respond to messages.
Inferior product, just like the supplier.

Returned item but no refund
I purchased an item from this outfit but cancelled the purchase within a few hours (due to very poor reviews of the item). I cancelled the item but was informed that it had already been despatched, and was told to refuse the delivery and it would be automatically returned and my card refunded. That was on 14th May. Still no refund and no response from seller. Avoid.
