Be careful

Uhave sent several emails to Immerion Casino regarding an important issue with my account, but for more than a month I have not received any reply.
Their customer support is completely unresponsive, and there seems to be no way to communicate or resolve any problems.
This shows a total lack of respect and professionalism towards players.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious – my experience has been extremely disappointing.

When I start playing in immerion all be perfect withdrawals I get about in 3h time frame until getting bigger wins then started problems some provider check and others reasons for don't let get withdrawals now even after 12-24-72h withdrawal is almost impossible just one or two from 20is completed when I talked about it with support they said when I do withdrawal request contact with support team to speed up proces when I do that they just talk nothing else withdrawal is almost impossible in immerion don't play in this casino... I have all withdrawal history screenshots...

They are scammers ...Do not get in trap even to deposit a cent. I have played some money not a few...When i asked to withdraw i waited days ..In emails they do not answer..When they sent me that KYC is ok and asked for withdraw they canceled again the withdraw by saying that :

I’m a bit concerned about my experience…

I’m a bit concerned about my experience with Immerion Casino so far.

On 2 October 2025 around 19:30, I requested a £600 withdrawal from my account (after depositing via bank transfer and playing Belatra – Blast the Bass, with no bonus used). On 3 October around 12:00, the withdrawal was cancelled and I was asked to provide verification documents (ID front/back, selfie with ID in front of the site, and a bank statement).

I’ve since provided everything requested, but my withdrawal is still pending. What worries me is that I’ve read on Casino Guru about other players facing delays with KYC and “game provider checks.”

I really hope this is just a normal part of the process and that my £600 withdrawal will be processed soon, but I wanted to share my experience so far. I’ll be happy to update this review once everything is resolved.

If the team would like to reach out to make sure everything is in order, I’d be happy to provide my account details privately so this can be resolved smoothly.

Just to confirm again. These guys are poor, dirty scammers and most positive reviews here are paid and fake without any doubts. This fraud office can't be even called a casino. This scammers refused to pay 2000$ from may. Beware of any casino from Goodwin N.V. group. Poor criminals that perform phishing activity. I have all the evidence and will do my best them to be punished. Don't trust their blah-blah that will follow this review. Just know one simple thing: Goodwin N.V. = SCAM, license number OGL/2024/758/0228 = SCAM. Beware This Scammers otherwise you risk never receive your funds.

Avoid this casino

It's simple, stay away from this casino....before 8-9 months I verified my account after 3 weeks waiting and now when I want to do withdraw 350€ they asked me again to verify my account(imagine to you win something bigger) and after 5 days that I sent again my documents there is no response. They just don't won't to pay nobody, the goal of these scammers is just during the kyc process(maybe 3-4 weeks without jokes) to play your winnings back, stay away!!!

An excellent casino!

(After 2 weeks) Then to be continuously Fobbed off by live chat and passed to 'Different departments' the whole experience is stressful but youll find out if you use them and happen to win .Trust me do not use they are scammers. Now also using immerion1.com to throw off negative reviews. Basically scammers I played here religiously had a couple of withdrawals nothing too big just shy of 1000.. never had any issues until last week when I won 8000 an tried to withdraw. All a sudden my account was temporarily on hold until kyc was submitted which I sent instantly only to be ignored completely and anytime I tried to contact them I was fed the same bs through the chat function that they have sent it to there team to speed up the process etc. well today my account was closed and all money lost which I find hilarious. Do not use if you live in the UK even with a VPN as they will do everything and anything they can to not pay you out.
