Easy to book with vincent
I was assisted by Vincent. He was very friendly and very helpful. I had to confirm details of the trip with person I was travelling and Vincent promised to call back and he did. I was able to book my trip with ease.

Not so good this time
Not so good this time!
Our first holiday through Imagine Cruising was excellent on all aspects. But this time, a disappointing experience.
The holiday included a land tour of the Rockies in Canada, prior to an Alaskan cruise. The main issue we experienced was the inadequate bus for the 4 day extensive travel schedule. The bus had poor ventilation A/C and very hard suspension, making our travel extremely uncomfortable. Added to that the scheduling was poorly thought out with unnecessary detours etc. What was particularly disappointing though was the length of time it took to reach a final settlement, which amounted to a derisory refund. I really had expected Imagine Cruising to accept at the outset that their service had fallen below expectation.
So, my conclusion, is that as long as all goes well, it’s all fine, but when things go wrong then!!

Great deals but beware
I can understand why people rate Imagine so highly. There are many lucrative deals with great discounts on cruises. But! Recognise that if things go wrong, Customer Relations go missing!
We recently took a Danube Cruise booked through Imagine. Firstly the ship was changed! - No offer of compensation. Secondly the cruise was curtailed because of low water levels. We spent 4 days moored in Vienna. We knew about this beforehand, but could not cancel. Again compensation of any kind refused!
Others - including Riviera, TUI and Viking offered alternatives and or compensation.
This is a bit sad considering how much they spend on Marketing!
The deals may be good but Don’t expect any level of flexibility. They hide rigidly behind their terms and conditions.

Where to next Imagine Cruising
I just booked another holiday with imagine cruising for March 2028 to China. I previously traveled to South Africa and Azamara cruise and had a wonderful time. The holiday went like clockwork, transfers, hotels and excursions all great and traveled with a group of 16 who got on very well together. I booked again as I had a real good experience with Imagine cruising and found them to be so efficient and accommodating especially as I am not in UK. Will be looking out for more trips 😎
