I did not reorder and got another huge box, asked for refund they denied said I did not cancel, even though I did not realize this is a subscription order, I also have reached out to my cc company.

This review is on the IM8 Care Team and customer support. I have high expectations when I need help from support teams. They far exceeded my expectations in all aspects! I’ve been extremely impressed with iM8 products and, in particular, their customer service. The products are excellent quality and I’ve been very happy with them, but what really stands out is the fantastic backup and support.

Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, the response has been prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. It’s so reassuring to know there is a great team behind the products who actually care about their customers.

I was not notified of a pending subscription order. The order was processed just after midnight on Sunday night to Monday morning. I noted the fulfillment as I had not yet gone to bed. I immediately emailed customer service as that was an option to stop the shipment. The order was pending, not yet fulfilled. I then immediately logged into my account to cancel the subscriptoin. Hours later I received notice that I was too late, the order had been fulfilled. However, when I sent the initial email, the order had not yet been fulfilled and the auto reply stated that and that they may not be able to guarantee that I cancelled in time. (all of this in the middle of the night, mind you). Follow up, the order was fulfilled and shipped a day later 36 hours after I had initiated contact. They pointed me to the return link on the email and when I clicked on that, it said you had to have received your shipment, then you request an email. Another spot on the website says you can get a refund, if they approve. But from reading further, I would not be approved as it was my second shipment, not my initial shipment. Apparently, you can only get a refund on an inital shipment. I am reaching out to my financial institution, this is predatory. I will be requesting a refund through my bank.

Best researched longevity product out there. I take it daily and it's so easy to use the little packets and just mix it into any desired beverage. Taste is good, customer service is excellent, they send you little gifts with your orders.

I initially chose the IM8 product line because as someone who has difficulty swallowing pills, I was very excited to find a quality powdered vitamin product that I could just mix with water and easily drink. This brings me to my current customer service interaction. I emailed the IM8 customer service department in the morning and within just a few hours my concern had been completely resolved. One of the powdered flavors that came in my vitamin subscription had a lemon base. Too many medical procedures involving drinking a lemon-based product for testing made it extremely hard to tolerate the flavor. When I reached out to the customer service department, they offered eliminating that flavor from my subscription. My concerns were taken seriously and changes were made quickly. I do believe after this interaction with the IM8 customer service department that this company does truly believe in the health of their customers!

IM8 is now part of my life. Every morning, I feel good juts thinking of having healthy nutrients. Thank you Im8 for making my life easier

Great product has not been sick one day simce i started lmost 1 year ago, also helps me not beeing ao stiff

I started the "Beckham Stack" about 10 weeks ago. It did take about 4 weeks before I felt any results. I am now feeling more energetic, skin looks and feels more hydrated. There were a few gastro issues in the beginning, they do pass with consistent use. Each individual is different, the only way to know if this will work with you and for you is to try it.

Horrible customer support. I was told that my order was cancelled after some time I was charged for another 2 months. Even though the order was not sent yet customer support told me that they can do nothing and I have to wait till the order is delivered and then I can apply for the refund. Even though they have acknowledged that it was their fault the only option suggested was to wait for the parcel and then apply for the refund from scratch. What a nonsense

I used to take a handful of vitamins, now all I need is IM8. It’s not the tastiest, still has a vitamin and mineral taste, but then again, it is just that. I feel this is a high quality supplement and I’m happy I found it. Customer service has been outstanding.

I have been taking IM8 for about a year. Do they have everything perfect? Of course not, nothing made by humans does (except maybe coffee). But what I like is that they actually listen, improve, and keep refining the formula.
