Great product and great customer service too. Very responsive to questions and issues.

I had auto-ship on my purchase, but I had already skipped it because I still had a lot of product. I didn't realize the next auto-ship went through. I immediately emailed them at 9:00 pm, not thinking I would get a response that night. Sure enough, someone reached out to me. I told them my situation, and they kindly refunded me that night!! What company does that? I am so grateful because I didn't have a lot of money in my account until payday.

I absolutely love IM8! I take it first thing every morning, and it has quickly become one of my favorite parts of my daily routine. I genuinely feel great after taking it energized, refreshed, and ready to start my day. I treat IM8 like taking a bunch of vitamins in the morning, except its just in one drink. Just being consistent everyday allows me to feel better everyday gradually. It tastes good & mixes fairly well. Its an easy way to improve energy, feel healthier & build your immune system. In turn I seem to be in a better mood which my wife loves!

IM8 really works as promoted. From all points of vue i feel better, stronger and in one word healthier. So i decided to go for it for another 3 month period ( after the first 3 months) and much probably to continue. My wife who also started and is prudent abt the supplements in general feels the same abt IM8.So 5*no doubt!

Well , I had a question about the texture and was hoping for a resolution . I was informed to use more water and someone in customer service will provide a mixing tool the next time I order - so now - I have to wait 3 /4 months till my next order untill they will provide the mixing tool . Not sure if I can drink it clumpy - but - they will provide the mixing tool on my next purchase ( if I purchase again ) so , oh well - better than nothing - let’s see if I can gag it down with a clumpy texture .

BEWARE: Don’t waste your money or your time with this scam MLM so called supplement company! IM8 clearly doesn’t stand by their product nor respects their customers. They have an outrageous “no return policy” on the 2nd and all future shipments. So, you must make a decision within the first 90 days if the product works for you or if it doesn’t. I give most supplements at least 90 days to see the benefits in order to reach a decision on weather I will be continue taking it or not. If not, you’ll be stuck with a $255 charge IM8 won’t return, even if the box is unopened. So beware. This is only another celebrity endorsed scam MLM supplement company with an overpriced mediocre product only focused on revenue.

Their support staff is top notch. I initially ordered the Pro stack (Daily Ultimate Essentials and Daily Ultimate Longevity). However, upon later thought, I only wanted and could only afford the Daily Ultimate Essentials. I couldn't change that on the website so I sent an email to IM8 regarding my request. They immediately responded and adjusted my monthly order. For email correspondence it was as fast as texting or calling.

I am loving I M 8, I was not sure what to expect and now that I have been taking it for over 6 weeks, I have seen noticeable improvement in my sleep. I am staying asleep longer and not waking in the middle of the night. I have been sharing the news and telling friends and patients about my experience. I do not have to rely on the various supplements for sleep I had been taking and guessing each night which one might do the trick.
