I bought a product from here

I bought a product from here, which didn’t fit correctly. Their claim on a return policy is rubbish. The system wouldn’t let me return it, so I contacted their customer support, who proceeded to ignore my emails for two months. It was only when I told them I was going to contact my bank that they finally replied.

They begrudgingly let me return the item, but made me pay the shipping (again, lied about on their website). So returning the item cost me nearly as much as the product itself.

As a final little screw-you that they attempted, they tried to charge me $10 as a return fee.

Such a scummy company. Do not believe their claims of free returns, or decent customer service. It’s all rubbish.
