Agree with all the negative reviews. Ordered the Hizoo at Christmas and never got anything but a receipt. I posted a nasty comment on a Hizoo Insta post and they got back to me - that's when I learned that this a completely separate company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered over $100 in product on Dec 31st 2025 and it is now Feb 12th 2026 and they still have not shipped it and will not respond to my requests.

Complete scam. I ordered from them and as soon as I got a tracking number and website the website was taken down and tracking # didnt go anywhere

The quality of the item is good, and it looks exactly as in the pictures on the website. Customer support was helpful when I had a question.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered products and continuously checked tracking - the shipping company never received the items. When I tried to cancel, suddenly there was shipping information with a delivery date. Still no products. The company will not respond to emails. Do NOT purchase anything from this company!

I ordered my stuff in December 20 25 and it’s almost February 2026. I haven’t received anything. And no one is answering me or even trying to get my order sent out when I’ve got so many times I’ve contacted them and when I look up the tracking order, it says no longer available or something like that.. I am a very unsatisfied

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a back massager on 12/ 28 and as of today 1/27/2026 have received nothing. I sent email to them and have received no response.

This company is a scam. I never received my order. The tracking show it was shipped and never delivered and every attempt to contact the company either went unanswered or showed the website was down.

Do not order from this fake website. They will take your money out of your account immediately and tell you your order has shipped. The good reviews on here are obviously a result of further fraud. Aura skincare does not exist as a company.

SCAM! Took my $200, said it was shipped. Now a month later, no back compression stretcher, emails come back undeliverable, no shipping tracker, and company's website is down. Identical website now is a business called Pure Relief. Thinking that's their new SCAM website.

My experience with Aura Brand USA was mostly positive. i bought a gift for my sister, and she liked it. Tracking updates were a bit slow, though.

I ordered the weighted sleep mask, and honestly, it works better than I thought. The material is really soft, and it blocks out all the light. Shipping took about two weeks, which was annoying, but the product itself is solid.

Yep! Total ripoff! I tried to save $30 ordering from here. I've received email confirmation, an order number, the order is getting ready, prepared and ready to be shipped, order has been shipped, and a tracking number! Even an email from PayPal that "Your Aura Brand USA order is on its way". No charge for sales tax should have been a tip-off. Stay away!

100% identical experience as everyone else with respect to the knockoff Nod Pod sleep masks: Ordered Nod Pod sleep masks in mid-Dec as Christmas gifts, emailed a number of times through early Jan bc I hadn’t received them and got zero response, then eventually received cheap knockoffs. Tried contacting the company for a refund and their website is now non-existent.

Highly recommend reaching out to your credit card provider to issue a refund if possible.

Thought I was ordering NodPod sleep mask but after multiple emails and having PayPal get involved I received a seriously subpar product not at all close to what I even ordered 5 weeks later wrapped in a ziplock bag. Total scam, stay far, far away

This is 100% a scam. They advertised FAKE NODPOD eye pillows. I ordered on December 8th (for Christmas), and they did not arrive until December 28th. They were NOT in NodPod packages and do NOT have the NodPod logo on them - just arrived in ziploc bags. They’re absolute garbage. I've emailed the company SEVERAL times about returning - no response, and now their website is gone. TOTAL SCAM.

I tried Aura Teeth Whitening Powder and saw visible whitening after the first week. The natural formula felt gentle even on sensitive teeth, and now I am confidently smiling. Absolutely amazing!
