I was drinking out of one of my 'Diff mugs wearing my G Tour t-shirt and I realised I had never said a public thank you. Ta very much.

I placed an order and didn't hear back, so I emailed. And what a lovely surprise - Chris got back to me out of hours to explain that they were waiting on more stock, which then arrived very quickly. A parcel of coasters (birthday present for a friend) arrived yesterday and they are absolutely brilliant quality, I'm so chuffed.

Brilliant company with amazing wares! I placed and order and followed up on it as it was a present. I had a lovely email back saying they were sorting it. It was then personally delivered to me by the owner on the day I needed it. He really went above and beyond which I really appreciated. I'll be shopping with them again.

Great Company and comms. Delay pre Christmas due to Royal Mail strike and the Company are going above and beyond to ensure orders are being received on time. Item arrived, very well packaged and great quality - thank you Chris!

Bought and paid for a baby grown but it wasn’t delivered and despite multiple emails to them and Instagram messages no one responded. Still haven’t had anything- really disappointed

We have been purchasing goodies from I Loves The ‘Diff for a couple of years now. Customer service is outstanding, Christian is always on hand to help with any queries. T-shirts are such good quality, our friends and family have quite the collection now. Recent purchase was the fantastic pizza board, such great value for money and the perfect gift for all pizza lovers. The kids loved spotting all the ‘Diff hotspots too. Will definitely be making purchases again soon!

There were some problems with a delivery of cards but once I contacted the company, Christian responded to my e-mail at 8pm and arranged for them to be hand delivered a few days later. A few years ago they had also hand delivered a package to ensure that it arrived ready for an important birthday. This is another example that "I Loves The 'Diff" is an excellent company with great products.

Brilliant service - only wanted a keyring for my Splott-boy husband. Wasn't sure if they'd bother with such a small order but it arrived really quickly, securely packaged and with no fuss. Would definitely use them again!

I Loves the Diff really do go the extra mile and have offered to deliver by hand in S Wales. I fully recommend and endorse this company, the products and their service.

Excellent service, great products. We live in England however my husband is from Cardiff and is very proud of his Welsh roots - I purchased a number of products for his 50th birthday to give him some more reminders.
